Hydraulic-oil control devices are provided herein that perform hydraulic-oil supply control in a dual clutch device having a first clutch and a second clutch. A hydraulic-oil control device according to embodiments herein includes a first linear solenoid valve that adjusts hydraulic oil having a line pressure for a first hydraulic chamber and supplies the hydraulic oil thereto, a second linear solenoid valve that adjusts hydraulic oil having a line pressure for a second hydraulic chamber and supplies the hydraulic oil thereto, a shuttle valve that outputs the hydraulic oil having a higher pressure between the pressure of the hydraulic oil in the first hydraulic chamber and the pressure of the hydraulic oil in the second hydraulic chamber, and a switch valve that adjusts the amount of hydraulic oil supplied to a first space and a second space, according to the pressure of the hydraulic oil output from the shuttle valve.

Hydraulic-oil control device

Provided is a hydraulic oil control device having a shifting control unit configured to, in a case where, when upshifting is performed, a number of revolutions of an input shaft connected to a to-be-engaged clutch is higher than a number of revolutions of the engine, or a case where, when downshifting is performed, the number of revolutions of the input shaft is lower than the number of revolutions of the engine, supply the to-be-engaged clutch with a hydraulic oil having a pressure equal to or higher than a predetermined standby pressure, and then to supply the to-be-engaged clutch with the hydraulic oil having the standby pressure, and then configured to cause the to-be-engaged clutch to be engaged by supplying the to-be-engaged clutch with the hydraulic oil having a pressure higher than the standby pressure.

Control device for dual-clutch transmission and dual-clutch transmission

Provided is a shifting control device having a shifting control unit configured to, in a case where, when upshifting which involves switching of a clutch and changing of a shift main gear is performed, a number of revolutions of an input shaft connected to a to-be-engaged clutch is higher than a number of revolutions of the engine, or a case where, when downshifting which involves the switching of the clutch and the changing of the shift main gear is performed, the number of revolutions of the input shaft connected to the to-be-engaged clutch is lower than the number of revolutions of the engine, increase an amount of an hydraulic oil to a maximum lubrication amount during a period of time from when gear disconnecting is completed until the number of revolutions of the input shaft becomes equal to the number of revolutions of the engine.

Control device for dual-clutch transmission

A dual clutch device includes a first piston applying a first clutch by a hydraulic pressure supplied into a first hydraulic pressure chamber and releasing the first clutch by a first spring, a second piston applying a second clutch by a hydraulic pressure supplied into a second hydraulic pressure chamber and releasing the second clutch by a second spring, a first supply line supplying a hydraulic pressure into the first hydraulic pressure chamber and a second hydraulic pressure canceling chamber, a second supply line supplying a hydraulic pressure into the second hydraulic pressure chamber and a first hydraulic pressure canceling chamber, a first valve allowing or cutting the supply of hydraulic pressure into the first hydraulic pressure chamber and the second hydraulic pressure canceling chamber, and a second valve allowing or cutting the supply of hydraulic pressure into the second hydraulic pressure chamber and the first hydraulic pressure canceling chamber.

Dual clutch device

A dual clutch device is provided with a first piston for engaging a first clutch by using hydraulic pressure supplied to a first hydraulic chamber and disengaging the first clutch by using a first spring, a second piston for engaging a second clutch by using hydraulic pressure supplied to a second hydraulic chamber and disengaging the second clutch by using a second spring, first supply lines for supplying hydraulic pressure to the first hydraulic chamber and a second hydraulic canceling chamber, second supply lines for supplying hydraulic pressure to the second hydraulic chamber and a first hydraulic canceling chamber, a first valve for allowing or blocking the hydraulic pressure supply to the first hydraulic chamber and the second hydraulic canceling chamber, and a second valve for allowing or blocking the hydraulic pressure supply to the second hydraulic chamber and the first hydraulic canceling chamber.

Dual clutch apparatus

A dual clutch-type transmission control device is provided which improves the accuracy with which transmission torque is learned. A dual-clutch transmission includes a clutch apparatus having a first clutch and a second clutch, a first input shaft, a second input shaft, a counter shaft, an output shaft, an auxiliary transmission portion including a first input gear pair and a second input gear pair, a main transmission portion including an output gear pair, and learning modules and the learning modules shift the main transmission portion into a neutral state, disengage both the first and second clutched generate a torque change in an engine by keeping the engine running at a predetermined revolution number, engaging partially one of the first and second clutches and thereafter engaging the other clutch gradually partially and learn an amount of change of torque associated with the torque change as transmission torque of the other clutch.
