This rotation mechanism is provided with: a first member; a second member which is rotatably coupled to the first member by a pivot; and a torsion coil spring which applies force such that one from among the first member and the second member is rotated relative to the other. Any one of the first member and the second member is provided with a torsion coil spring-accommodating part in which a pair of protrusions facing each other in the axial direction of the pivot is provided. The pair of protrusions are configured so as to hold, around the axes of the protrusions, the two end portions of the coil shape of the torsion coil spring, and so as to protrude while being displaced in the radial direction of the coil shapes forming the two ends, with respect to the axial direction of the pivot.

Rotation mechanism

An assist grip attached to an inside of a vehicle cabin of an automobile is provided with a grip main member including a pair of concave portions formed at both ends in a longitudinal direction, and a pair of groove portions formed at sections opposing in the longitudinal direction on respective peripheral walls of the concave portions; a hinge including a pair of upright portions housed in the concave portions, and separated by a predetermined interval, and a pair of round boss portions protruding from both outer sides of the upright portions, and formed to respectively pass through the pair of groove portions; a bearing concave portion provided in one groove portion and into which the round boss portion is inserted; and a stopper member preventing a disconnection from a state of rotational shaft insertion wherein the round boss portion is inserted into the bearing concave portion.

Assist grip

An electrode constituent member for a battery module includes a current-carrying member including an internal connection portion relative to a tab-shaped terminal of an electricity-storage cell, and an external connection portion exposed to an outside of the battery module; a fastener member for fastening a member electrically connecting electrodes of a plurality of battery modules to the external connection portion of the current-carrying member; and an insulating member positioned between the external connection portion of the current-carrying member and the electricity-storage cell. In an inner side of the external connection portion, clamp portions receiving the insulating member in between are formed. In the clamp portions and the insulating member, respectively, engagement portions, engaging with each other when the insulating member is received, are formed.

Electrode constituent member for battery module

A primary-side molded article includes a primary-side base part, a primary-side decorative raised part, an upright face, an intersecting face, a dead-end part on the primary-side base part at least surrounded by the upright face and intersecting face and positioned outside the primary-side decorative part, a secondary-side resin flow path formed in the dead-end part and running through the primary-side base part from a design face side to a bottom face side, and a protective wall projecting from the bottom face side of the primary-side base and surrounding a perimeter of the secondary-side resin flow path. A secondary-side molded article has a design face-side molded part, a bottom face-side molded part, and an interspersed molded part flowing through the secondary-side resin flow path from the design face side to the bottom face side and interspersed at a distance from the bottom face-side molded part with the protective wall in between.

Two-color molded article and process for production thereof

An elastically deformable bridging piece includes an engaging protruding part between two ends of the piece, insertion of a portion of an attaching member in a direction intersecting a longitudinal direction of the bridging piece is permitted by elastically deforming the bridging piece by contacting with the engaging protruding part with the portion, and the engaging protruding part engages an engaging hole formed in the portion at an insertion terminating position by elastically returning the bridging piece. A restricting part restricting elastic deformation of the bridging piece is provided. When inserting the portion, the restricting part inclines the bridging piece to position the engaging protruding part on the obliquely downward side, and when a force in a reverse direction to the inserting direction acts on the portion located at the insertion terminating position, the restricting part restricts inclination of the bridging piece, which is reversely-oriented to the former inclination.
