In order to improve conductivity, the number of components is decreased, and a sliding property of an elastic member can be improved. Elastic force can be controlled in accordance with a characteristic of a contact object, and electrical contact stability with the contact object can be improved. An electrical contactor of the present disclosure is formed by winding a plate member having conductivity. The electrical contactor includes a first contact part that is formed by winding a first tip part of the plate member, a first elastic part that is formed by winding an upper arm part having a tapered shape, a second contact part that is formed by winding a second tip part, a second elastic part that is formed by winding a lower arm part having a tapered shape, and a cylindrical part that is formed by winding a main body part that is a plate member.

Electrical contactor and electrical connecting apparatus

To provide a method of manufacturing an electrical contactor including a volute spring structure extending in upward and downward directions formed integrally using a single material, having mechanical simplicity and excellent functionality, and functioning as an electric circuit achieving connection without loss. The present disclosure is intended for a method of manufacturing an electrical contactor made of a plate-like member having electrical conductivity, comprising: (1) a first step of forming the plate-like member into a barrel shape by winding the plate-like member in a spiral pattern; (2) a second step of compressing the plate-like member formed into the barrel shape from a vertical direction until the plate-like member assumes a volute shape with an upper spiral structure and a lower spiral structure overlapping each other; and (3) a third step of forming a volute-shaped electrical contactor by performing predetermined hardening treatment on the plate-like member temporarily assuming the volute shape as a result of the second step.

Method of manufacturing electrical contactor

Provided is an electrical contactor that is formed from a small number of components that can improve the conductivity in the electrical contactor, while improving the slidability of an elastic member and the electrical contact stability with a contact target. The present disclosure provides an electrical contactor which is formed from a plate-shaped member, the plate-shaped member including: a main body; an upper arm portion; a first tip end portion provided at a tip end of the upper arm portion; a lower arm portion; and a second tip end portion provided at a tip end of the lower arm portion, the electrical contactor including: a first contact portion formed by winding the first tip end portion; a first elastic portion formed by winding the upper arm portion and having a bamboo-shoot-like spring structure; a second contact portion formed by winding the second tip end portion; a second elastic portion formed by winding the lower arm portion and having a bamboo-shoot-like spring structure; and a coupling portion that couples the first elastic portion and the second elastic portion to enable elasticity of each of the first elastic portion and the second elastic portion by winding the main body, in which each or either of a tip end surface of the first contact portion that contacts the first contact target and a tip end surface of the second contact portion that contacts the second contact target is an inclined surface.

Electric connecting apparatus

A probe includes: a probe base body having a first end as a portion that contacts a test object in an inspection and a second end that contacts a contact point member; a covering member that covers the probe base body between the first end and the second end; and an enlarged diameter portionprovided at an exposed portion on the second end side of the probe base body. The probe is attached in a bent-deformed state by pressing a terminal portion on the first end side of the covering member against a base portion of the contact inspection device. The second end of the probe base body is pressed against a contact point of the contact point member by opposing force due to the pressing.
