This vibration measurement device is configured to measure the balancing vibration of the cartridge, a kind of rotating machines, who has a rotor and a cartridge body to support the rotor rotatably for variable operating speed, and is provided with a rigidly fixed support structure, acceleration sensors which detect the vibration of the cartridge, and a flat spring which elastically supports the cartridge with respect to the support structure and has a variable spring constant of elastic support.

Vibration measurement device and method for high-speed rotating machines

A tilting pad bearing is provided that can reduce an amount of oil leaking from the side edges of a sliding surface of a pad, thereby reducing an amount of oil to be fed onto the sliding surface of the pad. The tilting pad bearing includes journal pads arranged in a circumferential direction of a rotating shaft, and a bearing housing for carrying the journal pads in a tiltable manner via associated pivots. Lubricating oil is fed to a sliding surface of the journal pad via an oil-feeding hole formed in the journal pad. The sliding surface of the journal pad has a portion formed so that the portion has an axial width that gradually increases, as the axial width approaches the circumferential downstream side of the rotating shaft, from an oil-feed start position.

In a journal bearing device having an upper bearing liner, a lower bearing liner, an upper base metal and a lower base metal, the lower bearing liner is divided into a sliding portion having a sliding surface and a clearance portion provided with a space between the lower bearing liner and a rotor, and is provided with an oil path formed on a back side of the sliding portion and extending from a border portion between the sliding portion and the clearance portion toward an upstream side in the rotational direction of the rotor, and an oil supply hole extending from an upstream end portion of the oil path to the sliding surface, and the lower base metal has an oil supply path and extending from an outer circumferential side of the lower base metal to the oil path at the border portion.

Journal bearing device

A bearing device of a gas turbine power generation equipment provides damping vibration of a shaft and lubricates and cools the bearing main body. The bearing devices have sleeves provided on the outer circumference sides of the bearing main bodies and bearing housings holding the respective sleeves via O-rings while each forming an annular clearance passage between each of the outer circumferences of the sleeves and a corresponding one of the bearing housings. The bearing housing has a feed-water hole communicating with the clearance passage and adapted to feed water thereto. The sleeve has a lead water hole communicating with the clearance passage and is adapted to lead water to the bearing main body, and a discharge hole which communicates with the clearance passage and is adapted to discharge water therefrom.

Bearing device of gas turbine power generation equipment and gas turbine power generation equipment

An increase in the temperature of a sliding bearing can be suppressed, and it is possible to reduce the temperature of the bearing and prevent burning and damage. The bearing is divided in two and composed of a liner and a base metal. The liner is disposed on an inner circumferential side of the bearing, and the base metal is disposed on an outer circumferential side of the bearing. A lower liner of the bearing liner, which is located on a load-receiving side, has a cooling groove formed in an outer circumferential surface thereof and extending along a circumferential direction thereof. A lubricant is cooled in the cooling groove and supplied to reduce the temperature of a shaft-sliding surface of the bearing. The lubricant is supplied to the bearing, increases in temperature due to the cooling and has low viscosity.

Provided is a gas turbine power plant in which a rotor of a generator is journalled by water lubrication bearings into which a part of cooling water for cooling the generator is fed. Since the lubrication water has a viscosity lower than that of lubrication oil, it is possible to provide a gas turbine power plant with less energy loss resulting in lower power consumption for accessories, and in high power generation efficiency.

The present invention relates to a bearing used in a transmission. The radial bearing for supporting a rotating shaft of the transmission has a substantial elliptical-cylinder-shaped inner circumferential surface. At least two lubricating resin members are provided on the inner circumferential surface so that the members are extending in the axial direction and symmetric with respect to the central axis of the bearing. The rigidity of the bearing is increased as increasing the rotation speed of the shaft.

A gas governor apparatus comprises an inner casing removably mounted on an outer casing. Further, a driving mechanism for driving a valve body to control pressure and flow rate of fluid between the valve body and a valve seat formed in the inner casing comprises a drive motor and a drive shaft.
