A clamping device includes two end plates, disc springs, a grid of pistons, and tension rods. Each of the two end plates defines a plate area located within a perimeter thereof. The clamping device has piles of disc springs arranged as a grid of springs threaded on respective ones of the grid of pistons. The piles of disc springs is distributed and supported over the plate area on one of the two end plates. The grid of springs is positioned inwardly from the tension rods. The grid of springs is positioned to distribute clamping forces on one or more flow module plates, on one or more reactor plates, on one or more heat exchanger plates or on combinations of one or more flow module plates, one or more reactor plates, or on one or more heat exchanger plates, which plates are placed between the two end plates.

Clamping device for flow module plates, reactor plates or heat exchanger plates

The present invention relates to a clamping device comprising two end plates (), springs (), and tension rods (), wherein the springs () are arranged on a supporting element to distribute clamping forces on one or more flow module plates, one or more reactor plates, one or more heat exchanger plates, or combinations thereof, which plates () are placed between the two end plates (). The present invention relates also to a method for opening and closing a plate reactor or a flow module, and uses of the clamping device.

The present invention relates to a channel plate comprising a number of rows of units, at least one inlet and at least one outlet, at least one turning box, wherein turning boxes being connections between two adjacent rows of units in the channel plate, that fluid may flow from one row to the other in the created room. The present invention relates further to flow sections and flow module.

Flow module

The present invention relates to a heat exchanger mixing system comprising at least one heat exchanger zone, at least one connection plate having one or more mixing units, at least four corners per connection plate, wherein each corner being either blind passage corner, a through-passage corner, a single passage corner, or a double passage corner, and the one or more mixing units are provided with static mixing elements. Present invention relates further to use of a heat exchanger mixing system, and a process for mixing fluids.

Heat exchanger mixing system

A heat exchanger plate includes one or more heat exchanger sections, each of which has an inlet and outlet. The heat exchanger sections flow one or more heat exchanger fluids therein in a first direction from the inlet to the outlet. The heat exchanger plate includes one or more process flow channels, each of which has a channel inlet point and a channel outlet point defining a line oriented in a second direction. The second direction is at an angle of ninety degrees relative to the first direction. The process flow channel is configured to flow a process fluid therein or thereon and has a serpentine configuration. The heat exchanger plate includes a temperature sensor. The heat exchanger plate includes a regulating valve positioned in each heat exchanger outlet and is configured to regulate flow of the heat exchanger fluid in response to a signal received from the temperature sensor.
