Check valve and container with check valve

Provided is a spouted bag body capable of having the same function as that of a check valve and allowing contents to easily come out by tilting a spout downward without applying excessive pressure to a bag body. A spouted bag body includes: a spout having a body portion formed in a cylindrical shape, and a valve portion disposed inside a cylindrical hole of the body portion; and a bag body attached to the body portion to seal an opening of the cylindrical hole on one side, in which the body portion is provided with a narrowed portion which protrudes from an inner surface of the cylindrical hole over an entire circumference thereof, and the valve portion includes a support portion attached to the body portion, and a movable portion which is formed of a material having elasticity, is connected to the support portion, and covers an opening of the narrowed portion on the other side by coming into contact with an edge portion of the opening of the narrowed portion on the other side.

Spouted bag body

Cosmetic brush () is extensibly received in cosmetic container to pick up cosmetic () from lid () without being damaged. Lid () is engaged with and disengaged from body () without fail. Body () is constructed of: lift sleeve () holding the brush (); intermediate sleeve () with neck () cooperating with lid () to realize threadable engagement therebetween; and outer sleeve () with spiral groove () which is a part of a telescopic mechanism for extending and retracting the brush () from intermediate sleeve (). Threadable engagement is larger in frictional resistance than the telescopic mechanism to make it possible: to move first the brush () when the lid () is rotated; and, then to disengage the lid () from intermediate sleeve () after the brush () press-contacts with the cosmetic () and is prevented from moving upward.

A plastic container contains a liquid, such as toilet water or soy sauce, and is suitable for containing a refill. The plastic container () has a tube () formed by rolling a plastic laminate in a tubular shape, a bottom wall () formed so as to be joined to the inner circumference of a lower end part of the tube () by an insert injection molding process, a hoop () formed on the outer circumference of an upper end part of the tube () by an insert injection molding process and a top cover () provided with a spout () and bonded to the upper end surface of the hoop ().

Plastic container and method of manufacturing the same

A liquid container has an automatic opening and closing mechanism preventing entry of air into the container, and is convenient for portable use. The liquid container comprises an upper shell and a lower bonded along their outer circumferential ends to define a flat liquid pool between them. At least one of the upper and lower shells is a thin skin member made of a flexible material to be deformable when depressed. The upper shell has formed a through hole communicating with the liquid pool, and a flexible film is bonded onto the upper shell to form the automatic opening and closing mechanism composed of a duct communicating with the through hole and an outlet communicating with the duct between the flexible film and the upper shell.

Liquid container

A container comprising a combination of a flexible inner container and a hard outer housing for holding the inner container therein is disclosed. The flexible inner container comprises a cylindrical mouth for dispensing contents of the container. The cylindrical mouth comprises a passage for pouring the content and engagement grooves provided on both sides of the outer periphery of the mouth with respect to the passage. The hard outer housing comprises four side walls one of which has a large opening, an upper wall having a pair of guide portions sandwiching a guide notch which is opened to the large opening of the outer housing and extends to approximately the center of the outer housing, and a supporting member for supporting the container which projects in the outward direction of the flexible inner container and which is connected to the ends of the guide portions in the side of the large opening.

The liquid-pumping container according to this invention comprises: a container consisting of a flexible bag for containing a liquid substance and an outlet block positioned at the top of the bag and provided with an outlet hole for outlet of the liquid substance, a cover block mounting portion, and a box fixing portion; a cover block which is liquid-tightly mounted on the cover block mounting portion of the outlet block; a pump mechanism provided on the cover block for pumping out the liquid substance from the bag; and a box consisting of a pair of box components which are connected to each other through hinge sections for containing the bag by fixing the outlet block on a support block of the box when the box components are closed. The liquid-pumping container has a structure which simplifies the replacement procedure of the bag containing the liquid substance and reduces the cost of manufacturing.

A holder for containing an inner flexible container comprising side walls 15, a bottom wall 16 and a top wall 17 is disclosed. The side walls 15 comprises; a first side wall having a handle 18 projecting in an outer direction, a second side wall having an open window 19 provided in a lower position thereof, a third side wall which is opposite to the second side wall and the upper portion of which has an opening 20 opened to the top end thereof. The top wall 17 has a guide notch which is opened in the opening 20 above the third side wall. The flexible inner container is inserted into the holder in an inclined state through the upper opening 20 of the third side and then is stood in an erect posture, interfitting the mouth of the flexible container into the guide notch of the top wall 17. The contents is dispensed through the mouth by using a torque lowering the side wall which is positioned opposite to the ear 18.

Holder for containing flexible container

A case for a stick-type cosmetic, which includes: a tubular case body having an open end, the body having parallel planar opposite side faces constituting a part of the outer peripheral face thereof, each of the side faces having a through slot; a receptacle for receiving the proximal end of the cosmetic, the receptacle being slidably received in the tubular body; a pair of coaxial pivots connected to the receptacle, the pivots being slidably received respectively in the through slots; and a lid including a head portion and a pair of spaced parallel leg portions, each of the leg portions having outer and inner opposite faces, the leg portions being pivotally connected to the receptacle through the pivots, the lid being movable to a closed position. When the lid is in the closed position, the head portion of the lid closes the open end of the body, and the entire inner faces of the leg portions are mated respectively with the entire side faces of the body. The outer peripheral face of the body includes a pair of curved faces, each extending between the side faces of the body. The outer faces of the leg portions are smoothly continuous to the curved faces of the body when the lid is in its closed position.

Case for stick-type cosmetic

There is disclosed a holder for a stick-type cosmetic case which has an end portion of which the transverse outer size is smaller than that of the other portion of the cosmetic case. The holder includes: a holder body; a cover member; and a slanting surface. The holder body includes bottom and a peripheral walls defining a hollow for receiving the cosmetic case. The peripheral wall includes front and rear portions. The cover member is pivotally connected to the rear portion of the peripheral wall so as to open and close the hollow. The slanting surface extends between the bottom wall and the rear portion of the peripheral wall. The slanting surface inclines in such a manner that its rear edge is positioned at a higher level than its front edge. The distance between the front edge of the slanting surface and the front portion of the peripheral wall is less than the length of the cosmetic case and not less than the length of the other portion of the cosmetic case. The distance between the rear edge of the slanting surface and the lower face of the cover member is less than the transverse outer size of the other portion of the cosmetic case when the cover member is in its closed position. The holder further includes an opening or openings for allowing the end portion of the cosmetic case to project outward from the outer face of the front portion when the cosmetic case is in the hollow.

Portable holder for stick-type cosmetic case

A compact costmetic case which includes: a case body; a lid of the case body pivotally connected to the case body and adapted to be unfastenably fastened to the front portion of the peripheral wall of the case body; and a disengaging mechanism for unfastening the lid from the case body. The front portion of the peripheral wall of the case body has a recess having an end surface on which a first engaging member is formed. The lid has a second engaging member adapted to be engaged with the first engaging member. When the lid is in its closed position, the second engaging member is engaged with the first engaging member so that the lid is fastened to the case body. The disengaging mechanism is received in the recess of the case body. The disengaging mechanism has a sliding plate movable between outer and inner positions toward and away from the end surface of the recess. The disengaging mechanism also has, an urging leaf for pushing the second engaging member so as to disengage the first and second engaging members. The urging leaf urges the sliding plate in its outer position. The urging leaf includes first and second leaf pieces. The lower edge of the first leaf piece is connected to the inner surface of the sliding plate. The distal edge of the second leaf piece is in contact with the end surface of the recess, on the other hand, the proximal edge of the second leaf piece is connected to the upper edge of the first leaf piece in such a manner that the second leaf piece is inclined at an angle less than 180.degree. with respect to the first leaf piece.
