A lens case for a contact lens cleaning device comprises a receiving case including a pair of holding chambers for accommodates a pair of both contact lenses and a cover which is detachably coupled to said receiving chamber for opening/closing the holding chamber. The receiving case comprise a pair of first introductory conduits each of which include an entrance opening to a bottom of the receiving case and an exit opening to the holding chamber so as to confront to a center of one side surface of the contact lens which is accommodated in the holding chamber. And the cover comprises a pair of second introductory cnduits each of which includes an entrance opening to an outside wall of the cover and an exit opening to the holding chamber so as to confront to a center of another side surface of the contact lens which is accommodated in the holding chamber, and plural discharging conduit which include an entrance opening to the holding chamber so as to confront to periphery of the contact lens and an exit opening to an upper surface of the cover, respectively.

Lens case for contact lens cleaning device

A cleaning device for contact lens which includes a housing having a cleaning chamber which is provided with a container chamber, a container disposed in the container chamber and forming a lens receiving chamber which receives contact lenses therein and a stirring device for generating a rising liquid flow which rises toward to the container chamber and is disposed at a lower side of the container. The container has plural passage holes which communicate between an inside of the lens receiving chamber and outside of the lens receiving chamber. At least one of the passage holes opens diagonally and downwardly as regard to the lens receiving chamber so as to introduce the rising liquid flow into the lens receiving chamber. Since the rising liquid flow flows diagonally from below into the lens receiving chambers via the passage holes, the contact lenses are gently floated in the lens receiving chamber so as to separate from the wall surface of the lens receiving chamber. Accordingly, it is possible to effectively clean the contact lenses without damaging the contact lenses.

Cleaning device for contact lenses

A cleaning device for contact lenses includes a housing having a cleaning chamber, a stirring device for generating a liquid flow within the cleaning chamber, a heating device for boiling a liquid in the cleaning chamber, a feeding device for feeding the liquid into the cleaning chamber, a discharging device, a feeding amount detecting device for detecting a feeding amount of the liquid which is fed into the cleaning chamber, an operation controlling device for giving a signal to the stirring device, the heating device, the feeding device and the discharging device in response to the feeding amount of the liquid detected by the feeding amount detecting device, respectively and for performing a cleaning process, plural rinsing processes and a boil process. The feeding amount detecting device has a binary output type of liquid level sensor which detects a single liquid level in order to control a first feeding amount in the cleaning process, the last rinsing process and the boil process and a feeding timer which detects a feeding time for controlling a second feeding amount in the other of rinsing processes to be smaller than the first feeding amount. It is thus possible to decrease the consumption rate of the liquid without increasing the size of the device and complicating the structure of the device.

A human private parts washing apparatus according to this invention is provided with the following: a new washing water splashing means comprising a nozzle supporter, a washing nozzle and a washing water supply tube, which is extending in the washing nozzle in a manner with one end protruding in the washing nozzle, and supplies the washing water to the washing nozzle and makes up the washing nozzle advancement at the same time; a newly arranged washing nozzle driving means comprising a fixed rack formed on a nozzle supporter, a movable rack formed on a washing nozzle in a manner parallelly facing the fixed rack and a pinion meshing the fixed rack and the movable rack; a washing nozzle comprising an outer nozzle operated slidably back and forth with a washing nozzle driving means and an inner nozzle operated slidably with a hydraulic pressure of the supplied washing water; and an auxiliary washing nozzle driving means aiding a washing nozzle driving means to operate the washing nozzle over an additional stroke. Thus, the washing water is supplied independent of the washing nozzle's operation positions; the washing nozzle reaches the bidet washing position ahead of the anus region washing positon by 30 to 35 mm without any trouble; and the washing nozzle can be advanced and retracted by 10 to 30 mm additionally with respect to the bidet washing position.

Human private parts washing apparatus

A human private parts washing apparatus is provided with a nozzle supporter, a washing nozzle and a washing water supply tube which extends in the washing nozzle with one end protruding into the washing nozzle. The washing nozzle includes an outer nozzle operated slidably back and forth by a washing nozzle driving device and an inner nozzle operated slidably by the hydraulic pressure of the supplied washing water. An auxiliary washing nozzle driving device operates the washing nozzle over an additional stroke. Thus, the washing water is supplied independent of the washing nozzle's operation positions. The washing nozzle reaches the bidet washing position ahead of the anus region washing position by 30 to 35 mm without any trouble, and the washing nozzle can be advanced and retracted by 10 to 30 mm additionally with respect to the bidet washing position.

A cleaning device for a soft type contact lens includes a housing having a cleaning chamber fed with a cleaning liquid, a lens receiving container within the cleaning chamber and a stirring device for generating a liquid flow within the cleaning chamber and for cleaning said contact lens with the liquid flow. In order to clean the contact lens, a high speed liquid flow is generated, so that four kinds of processes of cleaning, rinsing, sterilizing, and preserving are carried out automatically within only one cleaning chamber without moving the contact lens. Therefore the lenses are not stained with dirt when moving them by finger from one process or place to another.

A storing volume is formed within a box which also houses a temperature detector for detecting the temperature of the gas within the storing volume, a cooling mechanism for cooling the interior of the storing volume, a nitrogen-rich gas supplying device, for supplying nitrogen-rich gas into the storing volume, and a controller which functions in such a manner that it activates the cooling mechanism in response to signals from the temperature detector in order to control the temperature of the interior of the storing volume, and also activates the nitrogen-rich gas supplying device in response to the variation of the gas contents of the storing volume in order to control the gas contents of the storing volume. Due to the function of the nitrogen-rich gas supplying device, the nitrogen concentration can be maintained within the storing volume at a proper level all the time, and therefore the respiration of the fresh foods stored in the storing volume is inhibited, thereby contributing to keeping the fresh foods in a fresh state, and preventing rotting. Further, a pressure regulator prevents the leaking of the cooled nitrogen-rich gas from the interior of the storing volume to the outside.

A circuit breaker for automatically interrupting the flow of an electric current from a power supply to a load such as a microcomputer before the load malfunctions so as to avoid an unexpected accident such as a fire. The circuit breaker includes a wire subject to erosion upon exposure to an acid atmosphere which will separate prior to the malfunction of the load to interrupt the flow of current to the load. Alternatively, the circuit breaker could include a mass of powdery material which expands upon exposure to an acid atmosphere to operate a switch to interrupt the flow of current.

A sanitary spray device of the type having a nozzle adapted to extend into a toilet bowl for spraying and washing fluid on the private parts of a person seated on the toilet bowl is provided with a rotatable valve in association with a liquid supply tank. The nozzle is secured to the rotatable valve and is comprised of an outer pipe and an inner concentrically spaced pipe defining inner and outer liquid passages. A spray head is mounted on the end of the nozzle adapted to be disposed in the toilet bowl and is provided with first spray openings adapted to spray liquid on the anal portions of a person and second spray openings adapted to spray liquid on the genital portions of a person. The spray head is provided with a sealing arrangement to communicate the outer fluid passage with the first spray holes and the inner fluid passage with the second spray holes. Upon rotation of the valve the inner and outer liquid passages will be selectively placed in communication with the interior of the liquid supply tank for supplying liquid under pressure to either the first spray holes or the second spray holes.

An apparatus for controlling a supercharger driven by an engine or exhaust gas is controlled in response to primarily the changing rate of accelerator (pedal) position, and additional parameters such as time after supercharging start and/or vehicle speed and transmission gear shift position, etc. so that it can precisely respond to the acceleration requirements by the driver with good accelerating performance and fuel economy.

Supercharger control apparatus for the internal combustion engine of a motor vehicle comprises a control device which has as input signals the demand signal for acceleration (such as a signal based on the amount of throttle valve opening) and an engine rotational speed signal. Based on predetermined ranges of demand signal for acceleration and engine rotational speed and on the input signals, the control device regulates, through an actuator and bypass valve or through an actuator and variable capacity compressor, the amount of supercharging. The supercharge control apparatus allows a non-supercharged state, a maximum supercharged state, or an intermediate supercharged state. In the intermediate supercharged state, the amount of supercharging is in incremental steps to prevent hunting.

Supercharger control apparatus for motor vehicles

A system is provided which controls the pressure with which a clutch engages, utilizing a slip rate of the clutch which is equal to the ratio of the rotational speed of the output shaft to the rotational speed of the drive shaft thereof as a main parameter. A microprocessor reads a throttle opening and the slip rate at a time interval of 0.4 sec from the initiation of the clutch engagement, and accesses a particular group of clutch engagement controlling data which correspond to the time l elapsed and to these parameters. The controlling signals of the particular group are sequentially outputted to the clutch energizing device at a subinterval of 0.05 sec during the time interval of 0.4 sec. The interval changes from l=0 to l=8 at maximum, from the initiation to the completion of the clutch engagement. Each interval l=0 to l=8 corresponds to 0.4 sec. Whenever a temporary clutch activation is instructed, the microprocessor increases the subinterval of 0.05 sec to 0.1 sec and the time interval l to 0.8 sec. The value of l is incremented by one after a time length of either 0.4 or 0.8 sec elapses.

Automatic clutch control system

System is provided for controlling the pressure with which a clutch is engaged, with a slip rate e of the clutch, which is equal to the ratio of the rotational speed of a drive shaft thereof, as a main parameter. A microprocessor reads a throttle opening and the slip rate e from the initiation of engagement of the clutch at a time interval of 0.4 sec, and accesses a particular group of controlling data which control the clutch engagement and which are grouped together as a function of a time lapse l as well as the read values of these parameters. During the interval of 0.4 sec, the microprocessor sequentially outputs the controlling data of the particular group with a time subinterval of 0.05 sec. The time interval includes subintervals corresponding to l=0 to l=8 at maximum, from the initiation to the completion of the clutch engagement. Each subinterval l=0 to l=8 spans 0.4 sec. When a temporary clutch activation is instructed, the microprocessor changes the length of the subinterval from 0.05 to 0.1 sec, and also changes the time interval l to 0.8 sec. When the slip rate e is low at the initiation of the clutch engagement, a group of controlling data is selected which is to be assigned to a first subinterval l=0 corresponding to the deceleration of the clutch drive shaft.

A supercharger control system for an internal combustion engine equipped with a supercharger to be driven by output torque of the engine and including an electrically operated clutch for transmitting the output torque of the engine to the supercharger upon engagement thereof and for disconnecting the supercharger from the engine upon deenergization thereof. The control system comprises a bypass air duct bypassing the supercharger to provide a bypass air flow routed into the intake manifold of the engine, an electrically operated valve disposed within the bypass air duct to be open during deactivated condition of the supercharger and to be closed in response to activation of the supercharger, and an electric control device for engaging the clutch and closing the valve when high engine output torque is demanded and for disengaging the clutch and opening the valve when low engine output torque is demanded.

Supercharger control system for automobiles

The transmission ratio of an infinitely variable transmission for automotive vehicles is controlled by a system including a hydraulic servo. The servo mechanism including an actuator which is driven by a line pressure to actuate the transmission and a spool having one end to which a signal pressure responsive to both throttle opening responsive pressure and vehicle speed responsive pressure is applied counteractingly against a spring. The spool provides a control valve function for the driving fluid pressure to the actuator. In response to signal pressure change to the spool the actuator is actuated in such direction that the transmission ratio is decreased or increased. The signal pressure is produced by a compensation valve due to a throttle opening responsive pressure and vehicle speed responsive pressure, e.g. governor pressure.
