An ultrasonic diagnostic device of an embodiment includes processing circuitry. The processing circuitry acquires an ultrasonic image of a subject, executes processing for each step for each of one or more examination procedures registered in advance and including one or more steps including processing of acquiring the ultrasonic image, in which set images are associated and registered, and determines a recommended step recommended to be executed subsequent to a current step or instead of the current step on the basis of a degree of consistency between a set image registered for each step and an ultrasonic image acquired in the current step that is being executed, and executes the recommended step subsequent to the current step or instead of the current step when the recommended step has been determined during execution of the current step.

Ultrasonic diagnostic device and storage medium

A medical image diagnosis apparatus includes a capturing part configured to photograph a target site of a subject to capture a medical image. The medical image diagnosis apparatus further includes a positional information acquisition unit, a guideline generator, and a display processor. The positional information acquisition unit acquires the positional information of a puncture needle inserted into of the subject. The guideline generator generates a guideline that indicates an insertion route for the puncture needle to reach the target site based on the positional information. The guideline includes scales graduated at predetermined intervals. The display processor displays the guideline with the medical image.

According to one embodiment, an ultrasound diagnosis apparatus includes an ultrasound probe that transmits/receives ultrasound waves to/from a subject, a reference position member arranged on the ultrasound probe, and a sensor located in a position having a predetermined positional relationship relative to a puncture needle. The ultrasound diagnosis apparatus further includes a position information acquisition unit, a needle length information acquisition unit, and a display. The position information acquisition unit acquires position information of the reference position member and the sensor. The needle length information acquisition unit acquires needle length information indicating the length of the puncture needle based on the position information of the reference position member and the sensor when the tip of the puncture needle is in contact with the reference position member, and the relative position. The display displays information to guide a puncture by the puncture needle based on the needle length information.

Ultrasound diagnosis apparatus and medical image diagnosis apparatus

According to one embodiment, the ultrasonic diagnosis apparatus includes a storing unit and processing circuitry. The storing unit is configured to store a plurality of images usable as a reference image to be referred to at the time of scanning, the plurality of images includes images corresponding to a plurality of cross sections. The processing circuitry is configured to read, when a cross section that needs to be scanned is switched in accordance with a workflow, from the storing unit one or more images registered for each of the plurality of cross sections in advance, the workflow defining a flow of procedures including scanning the plurality of cross sections. The processing circuitry is configured to display the read image as the reference image on a display.

Ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus and medical image processing apparatus

A Doppler sensitivity measuring unit measures the Doppler sensitivity of Doppler spectrum data obtained by ultrasonic wave transmission/reception with respect to a predetermined region of an object to be examined. A spectrum shape model generating unit generates a spectrum shape model on the basis of a window function used when the above Doppler spectrum data is generated. A threshold setting unit sets a threshold range in which trace waveform data displaces by a predetermined amount in the frequency axis direction on the basis of the spectrum shape model and the Doppler sensitivity, and sets a predetermined number of thresholds at almost equal intervals in the threshold range. A trace data generating unit selects a threshold for the acquisition of desired trace waveform data by generating trace waveform data while sequentially updating the plurality of set thresholds.
