Methods, systems, and apparatuses to improve the handling of exceptions during the retrieval and processing of health records from various data sources are provided. During the retrieval and processing of health records, exceptions to typical behavior are recorded with context at the data extraction protocol level, at the health record level and at the level of elements with the document. Accordingly, insights may be developed and configurations, rules, or coding changes, based on the detected exceptions may be proposed. In some instances, an operator may be notified about the exceptions such that the operator may act on the insight. In some instances, the processing of extracted records (documents, messages) may be deferred until the operator has made appropriate changes to configuration, rules, or code. In some instances, the system may supplement and/or replace the operator with machine learning engines that act on the developed insights.

System and method for handling exceptions during healthcare record processing

Methods, systems, and apparatuses for creating collections of associated accounts for a migration process. An example system includes a processing device and memory that stores accounts in accordance with a first email, identity or file domain. The processing device may create a collection of related accounts stored in accordance with a first email, identity or file domain based on active directory information of the stored accounts and may migrate information included in the collection of accounts into a second email, identity or file domain. The collection includes one or more first-level accounts that are identified as having a relationship with a predefined root account based on a delegation attribute.

A network-based solution for processing unknown or unexpected property encountered during a migration or archiving operation may include, as embodied in various systems, methods, and non-transitory computer-readable storage media, accessing a plurality of objects stored in memory of a source computing system. The discovery assessment may include examining a property associated with a document of each selected object and notifying the operator when the examination determines that the property is unknown or unexpected.

Data loss prevention ('DLP') rules can be automatically applied to items during a migration. When a migration is performed, a migration engine may be configured with migration configuration settings which define the items to be migrated from the source system to the target system. The migration engine may also be configured with DLP configuration settings which define the type of items on which DLP should be performed. When the DLP configuration settings indicate that DLP should be applied to an item to be migrated, the migration engine routes the item to a DLP engine rather than directly migrating the item to the target system. After the DLP engine has processed the item, the DLP engine can return the processed item to the migration engine which in turn can migrate the processed item to the appropriate location in the target system.

Performing the pre-transfer assessment may include designating one or more emails for exclusion from the migration or archiving operation after applying transferability rules and exception rules to each email message contained in the assessed mailbox. The solution may involve notifying the user about the email messages designated for exclusion and performing one or more user selected actions on the email message or related attachment files.

Enhanced management of migration and archiving operations

A system, method, and computer-readable medium for dynamically partitioning a directory list to limit recipients to an appropriate context. More specifically, in certain embodiments the dynamic partitioning includes a first component which describes a priori categories. In certain embodiments, the a priori categories could include 'inner circle' or 'trusted advisors' categories. Other categories could include &#x201c;friends of the DL&#x201d; who only want occasional but relevant messages. In certain embodiments, these categories are created by a DL owner. However, in certain embodiments, members (e.g., recipients) could also change their own category. For example, a DL could have categories: All, Required participants, FYI participants, Managers.

An example system includes a processing device and memory that stores accounts in accordance with at least one domain. The processing device may create a collection of related accounts stored in accordance with the at least one domain based on active directory information of the stored accounts and information gathered from a survey and may migrate information included in the at least one domain.

Email and identity migration based on multifactor relationship data provided by users and systems

Systems and methods for destroying sensitive enterprise data on portable devices are provided. Such systems and methods may include providing a portable device that includes a security agent for deleting sensitive enterprise data. The security agent on the portable device can be required to regularly be authenticated by a user through an authentication server. The authentication server provides a pre-determined timeframe for which the user would need to re-authenticate. Failure by the user to re-authenticate within the pre-determined timeframe can result in the security agent proceeding with deleting the sensitive enterprise data on the portable device.

Access to admin credentials can be controlled during a migration. By controlling access to the admin credentials, a consultant can be allowed to perform migration tasks without the consultant being exposed to the administrative-level access necessary to perform such tasks. Accordingly, an organization can maintain complete control and visibility over the entire migration process, including how and when the admin credentials are used, while still being able to employ outside individuals or even inside individuals with reduced security or clearance levels in the process.
