The invention relates to a connection apparatus () for a wiper arm () and a wiper blade (). The connection apparatus comprises a first and a second connection part. According to the invention, provision is made for the first connection part to have a first identification means and for the second connection part to have a second identification means which corresponds to the first identification means. The invention also comprises a system with two flat-bar wiper blades, with at least one first identification means being provided on at least one flat-bar wiper blade in order to distinguish between the two wiper blades.

The invention relates to a device to connect a wiper arm () to a wiper blade () featuring a supporting element () on which a connecting element () for the wiper arm () is attached, which features at least two holding means () for the counter holding means () connected to the wiper arm (). The invention relates to a device to connect a wiper arm () to a wiper blade () featuring a supporting element () holding a wiper strip () on which a base element () is fastened as the first part of a coupling device, whereby the wiper arm () is embodied to be U-shaped and overlaps the base element () with its U-shape and whereby holding means () are embodied on the wiper arm () within its U-shape, which holding means form a second part of a coupling device and cooperate with the first part of the coupling device. It is proposed that the holding means () be embodied as articulated means for holding the wiper blade () in an articulated manner, which can also transmit a bearing force () on the wiper blade () to be exerted by the wiper arm () on the wiper blade () in an operating position and which are at least approximately completely covered by the wiper arm ().
