An article includes a plurality of stacked sheets. Each sheet includes a film having a first side, with a print receptive or primed layer, and a second side, with an optional release treated layer; and a bonding layer that is coated at 100% solids on the first side of the film to releasably attach a second side of a film of an overlying sheet to the first side of an underlying sheet. Each sheet is stacked upon another sheet such that except for a topmost sheet of the stack the bonding layer is in contact with the second side of a film of an overlying sheet. The bonding layer of the topmost sheet defines an outer surface of the stack that protects the topmost sheet of the stack from environmental damage.

Multilayer stack of polymer films

An anti-reflection coating comprising a first polymeric layer having a refractive index between about 1.64 and about 1.85 is disposed on a substrate. A second polymeric layer is also provided having a refractive index between about 1.29 and about 1.55, and overlies the first polymeric layer. An inorganic metal oxide layeralso overlies the first polymeric layer.

Anti-reflective coating

A composition for forming a layer on a substrate includes a polyelectrolyte that is soluble in a polar solvent. The polyelectrolyte includes a plurality of aromatic groups and nitrogen atoms in a main polymer chain and has a refractive index of at least about 1.64 at a wavelength of about 680 nm. The composition also includes a solvent and, optionally, a plurality of colloidal particles.

High refractive index layers

An acrylate ester polymer composition having the desirable optical properties of poly(meth)acrylates and an enhanced Tg comprises a blend of a conventional PMMA polymer or copolymer with a high Tg acrylate ester polymer prepared by pyrolyzing a copolymer of methyl methacrylate and t-butyl methacrylate. The blend exhibits a single Tg, intermediate between the Tg of the conventional PMMA polymer and that of the pyrolyzed methyl methacrylate/t-butyl methacrylate copolymer. The blend can be formed into products that have good clarity, low haze and low color.

High heat distortion temperature methacrylate polymer blends

A curable coating composition for preparing an anti-static coating contains from about 50% by weight to about 90% by weight of a dispersion of colloidal silica and a curable methylsilsesquioxane in a lower (C.sub.1 -C.sub.5) alkanol, and from about 10% by weight to about 50% by weight of an aminofunctional silane component.

Polysiloxane abrasion and static resistant coating

A curable coating composition for preparing an anti-static coating contains at least one addition polymerizable ethylenically unsaturated monomer, a perfluoro ionic surfactant, and a polyethoxy or fluorinated polyethoxy auxiliary compound. The perfluoro ionic surfactant and the polyethoxy or fluorinated polyethoxy auxiliary compound are present in the composition in amounts effective to impart static-dissipative properties to polymerized coatings prepared therefrom.
