A pressure amplifier () is described comprising a housing (), an amplification piston () in the housing () having a high pressure area () in a high pressure chamber () and a low pressure area () in a low pressure chamber (), and a switching valve () having a pressured control valve element having a larger pressure area () and a small pressure area (). Such a pressure amplifier should have a high operating frequency. To this end the valve element () and the amplification piston () are located in a same bore () in the housing ().

A hydraulic pressure intensifier () is described comprising a housing () having a low pressure chamber () and a high pressure chamber (), force transmitting means () between the low pressure chamber () and the high pressure chamber (), and a switching valve () connecting the low pressure chamber () to a first pressure or to a second pressure different from the first pressure. Such a pressure intensifier should be made compact. To this end the switching valve () is located between the first piston arrangement () and the second piston arrangement ().

A hydraulic actuator () is disclosed comprising a cylinder housing (), a piston () with a piston rod () being displaceably arranged inside the cylinder housing () and a pressure amplifier () comprising an inlet section () with a pressure inlet port (), an active section () with a high pressure outlet port (), a low pressure chamber () and a high pressure chamber (). It is an objective of the invention to provide a hydraulic actuator () with a modular pressure amplifier (). To this end, the inlet section () is arranged inside the piston rod (), and wherein the low pressure chamber () is stationarily arranged relative to the inlet section ().

A hydraulic actuator () is disclosed comprising a cylinder housing (), a piston () with a piston rod () being displaceably arranged inside the cylinder housing () and a pressure amplifier () comprising an inlet section () with a pressure inlet port (), an active section () with a high pressure outlet port (), a low pressure chamber () and a high pressure chamber (). It is an objective of the invention to provide a hydraulic actuator () with a modular pressure amplifier (). To this end, the hydraulic actuator () comprises a cartridge pressure amplifier () comprising a sleeve () being arranged at least partially inside the piston rod (), and wherein the pressure amplifier () is stationarily arranged inside the sleeve ().

A hydraulic steering system () is provided having a steering device () and a symmetrically acting steering motor (), said steering device () comprising a supply port arrangement having a high pressure port (P) and a low pressure port (T), a working port arrangement having two working ports (L, R), a control valve (), two working lines () each connecting said control valve () with one of said working ports (L, R), and a measuring motor (). Such a hydraulic steering system should show a comfortable steering behavior. To this end said measuring motor () is arranged in one of said working lines ().

A hydraulic steering system () is described comprising a first steering circuit () and a second steering circuit (), each of said steering circuits () comprising a steering device () and a steering motor () connected to said steering device (), each of said steering devices () comprising a supply port arrangement having a high pressure port (Pa, Pb) and a low pressure port (Ta, Tb), a working port arrangement having two working ports (La, Ra; Lb, Rb) connected to said steering motor (), a control valve (), and a measuring motor (). Such a steering system should have a comfortable steering behavior. To this end in each of said steering devices () said measuring motor () is arranged in a working line () between said control valve () and one of said working ports (La, Ra; Lb, Rb).

A hydraulic system () is provided comprising a supply port arrangement (P, T), a working port arrangement (A, B), and a booster section (), said supply port arrangement having at least a supply port (P), said booster section () being arranged between said supply port arrangement (P, T) and said working port arrangement (A, B). The operational possibilities of such a hydraulic system should be extended. To this end said working port arrangement comprises at least two working ports (A, B), flow direction changing means () are provided changing a flow direction through said working port arrangement and inactivating means () are provided inactivating or activating said booster section () for each flow direction.

The invention concerns a fluid rotary machine () with a housing (), a shaft () projecting from the housing (), and being rotatable around an axis () and forming part of a movement chain, and a sensor arrangement () comprising a transmitter () and a receiver (). It is endeavored to find a simple solution for detecting the rotation of the shaft with a relatively high accuracy. For this purpose, a channel () is provided in the movement chain, and the transmitter () is connected to a transfer element () transferring a torque that is led through said channel () to a section of the movement chain that is farther away from the transmitter () than a transmitter-side end of the movement chain.

Fluid rotary machine capable of high-accuracy detection of shaft rotation

The invention concerns a fluid rotary machine () with a housing (), a shaft () led out of the housing () and a sensor arrangement () comprising a transmitter () in active connection with the shaft (), and a receiver (). It is endeavored to arrange the sensor arrangement in an advantageous manner on the fluid rotary machine. For this purpose, the sensor arrangement () comprises an accommodation area, in which the transmitter () is arranged, the accommodation area being in fluid connection with the inside of the housing () and sealed towards the outside, and the receiver () is arranged outside the housing () and the accommodation area.

A valve member includes an axially movable spool valve rotatably mounted in the valve member to cause the way that fluid is communicated between the inlet and outlet ports of the device and the volume chambers thereof. An outer surface of the spool has a configuration to react to fluid pressure to effect the timing between the gear set and the valving of valve member and that the timing therebetween will be adjusted when the spool valve is moved axially. A valve actuator comprising a spring loaded plunger controlled by fluid pressure at the inlet and outlet ports is in physical contact with one end of the valve spool.

A hydraulic machine with an orbiting displacement element connected unrotatably with an output shaft via an intermediary shaft, the intermediary shaft having at least at one end an external toothing, which engages an internal toothing, which permits a swivel motion of the intermediary shaft. The external toothing has teeth with concavely shaped tooth sides having a smaller curvature at the axial ends than in the area of the axial center.

Hydraulic machine

The invention concerns a hydraulic motor (1) having at least one gearwheel set section (2), a supply section (3) and a front section (4) on which an output arrangement (15) can be fixed, the sections (2 to 4) being connected with each other in the axial direction by fixing bolts (11). It is desired to simplify the production and the service during operation for such a motor. For this purpose several bores (17) are provided, which penetrate the motor (1,) from one axial end (21) to the other, in which connection bolts (6) are arranged, which are provided with an engagement area (18) on the side of the front section (4).
