A switching device including a breaker electrically connectable to an electrical conductor, and an at least partially electrically conductive housing to which the breaker is mounted, the housing having an outer surface. The breaker includes an electrically conductive first contact and an electrically conductive second contact, the second contact being movable and in relation to the first contact and in relation to the housing, and when the first and second contacts are in contact the breaker is in a closed position, and when the first and second contacts are separated the breaker is in an open position. The switching device is arranged to provide a current path between the breaker and the electrical conductor, and the housing houses a guiding member for operating the second contact, the guiding member being movable in relation to the housing, wherein the guiding member includes a biasing assembly.

A switch device including a bus bar, and a switch knife, wherein the knife is arranged so as to pivot around an axis perpendicular to a longitudinal axis of the bus bar. An electric power distribution arrangement having an electric conductor for carrying a high voltage, a first pair of bodies provided on opposite sides of the conductor as seen in a first direction cross-wise to a longitudinal axis of the conductor, and a second pair of bodies provided on opposite sides of the conductor as seen in a second direction cross-wise to the longitudinal axis. A device for electric connection to an energy supply conductor for medium and high voltage, including: a voltage-carrying element; a tubular outer shell formed by a thermoplastic polymer and connected to the voltage carrying element; wherein the voltage-carrying element extends in a longitudinal direction of the tubular shell, and wherein, at least along a part of the length of the voltage-carrying element, the outer shell extends in a longitudinal direction with a space between its inner periphery and an outer periphery of the voltage-carrying element; the outer shell being provided with an outer contact surface to be connected to a wall of a gas-tight container somewhere along the part of the length of the voltage-carrying element; wherein the outer shell is arranged so as to separate said space from an atmosphere outside a container to which the device may be connected.
