A light receiving surface sealing film for solar cell comprising ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, a cross-linking agent and an acid acceptor. A rear surface sealing film for solar cell comprising ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, a cross-linking agent and an acid acceptor, wherein the acid acceptor is contained in the range of not less than 0.5 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer.

The present invention provides a film-reinforced glass, which has excellent impact resistance, penetration resistance and durability and which can be easily prepared. The constitution of the glass consists of one glass plate and a film comprising an organic polymer which is superposed thereon through a transparent adhesive layer, wherein the transparent adhesive layer comprises a first transparent adhesive layer of polyvinyl butyral and a second transparent adhesive layer of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer; or wherein a hard coat layer consisting of a cured layer formed from a curable resin containing fine particles of silica is provided on the surface of the organic polymer film on the side in noncontact with the transparent adhesive layer.

An anisotropically electroconductive film, which has a high reliability in its capacity for conducting electricity and also a good adhesion under such an adhesive condition that the film is heated at a temperature of 130&deg; C. or less for a short period of time, has a layer of an adhesive within which electroconductive particles are distributed. The adhesive is composed of a thermosetting resin composition including a base resin, a reactive compound, an organic peroxide and a reaction accelerating compound, and also the electroconductive particles incorporated into the thermosetting resin composition. The base resin is a polyacetalized resin which is obtained by acetalizing a polyvinyl alcohol. The reactive compound is at least one selected from a group consisting of acryloxy group-bearing compounds, methacryloxy group-bearing compounds and epoxy group-bearing compounds. The reaction accelerating compound is a compound which has a radically reactive group and alkali-reactive group as its end groups.

A toner carrier which carries a toner in the form of thin film on its surface, comes close to or comes into contact with the image-forming body so as to supply the toner to the surface of the image-forming body, thereby forming a visible image on the surface of the image-forming body, said toner carrier being characterized in that its conductive elastic layer has a coating layer thereon which is made of a material containing a resin with a glass transition point lower than 10&deg; C. and has a dynamic elastic modulus (E&prime;) of 10  dyn/cm and a loss tangent (tan &dgr;) smaller than 0.7. A toner carrier in which the electrically conductive elastic layer is formed from an elastic material having a tear strength greater than 10 kg/cm measured according to JIS K6252.

An electrically conductive member comprising an electrically conductive elastic layer and a coating layer formed thereon, characterized in that said coating layer is formed from a polyurea resin as a cured product resulting from reaction between a polyamine compound and a polyisocyanate compound. It has a coating layer which readily conforms to elastic deformation of rubber or the likes, has long durability, and has good properties in protection of the photosensitive body from staining and prevention of toner sticking, control of the toner charging and a low coefficient of friction.

Disclosed is a toner support for preventing occurrence of an image failure such as stain, uneven image density, and fogging on a white image as much as possible, thereby certainly forming a high quality image enough to keep up with formation of a color image. The toner support is characterized in that the maximum value of a surface potential of the toner support, which is measured after an elapse of 0.35 sec since the surface of the toner support is charged by generating a corona discharge by means of applying a voltage of 8 kV to a corona discharger disposed apart from the surface of the toner support by 1 mm, is in a range of 90 V or less, and that the absolute value of a surface potential decay rate of the toner support, which is measured at an elapse of 0.2 sec after charges are imparted on the surface of the toner support by generating a corona discharge by means of applying a voltage of 8 kV to a corona discharger disposed apart from the surface of the toner support by 1 mm, is in a range of 0.1 V/sec or more.

A toner carrier which gives good images (free of fogging in white area, harshness in halftone area, and density variation in black area) even after continuous long runs. The toner carrier includes an electrically conductive elastic layer and a coating layer formed thereon which contains a siloxane-crosslinked acrylic resin obtained from an acrylic copolymer with an alkoxysilyl group by crosslinking and curing.

A developing roller supports a one-component developer on a surface thereof in the form of a thin layer, and is brought in contact with or in proximity to an image forming body in such a state, to supply the developer on a surface of the image forming body, thereby allowing a visible image to be formed on the surface of the image forming body. The developing roller includes: an elastic layer having an ionically conductivity whose surface is imparted with a resin component having a high resistivity. Thus, if R1 is a resistance of the roller in a stationary state and R2 is a resistance of the roller in a rotational state, a relationship of R1&gt;R2 is established. With this developing roller, it is possible to obtain a high quality image and a high gradient.

A developing roller comprising a conductive layer formed around a shaft carries a non-magnetic one-component developer on its outer surface to form a thin film of the developer and contacts a photoconductor drum having an electrostatic latent image borne on its surface whereby the latent image is developed to form a toner image. In one embodiment, the surface of the conductive layer has a DIN 4776 core roughness depth Rk of 0.5-3.5 .mu.m in a circumferential direction of the roller, and the ratio of circumferential Rk to axial Rk is greater than 1.0.
