An impact tool includes: a brushless motor; a spindle, which is rotated by the brushless motor; a hammer, which is held on the spindle; an anvil, which is impacted in a rotational direction by the hammer, a polymer housing, which houses the brushless motor; a hammer case, which is connected to the polymer housing and houses the hammer and the spindle; and a light unit, which is held on the hammer case and comprises a plurality of light-emitting devices. The maximum tightening torque of the anvil is 1,000 N·m or more and 2,500 N·m or less.

Impact tool

An impact tool includes: a brushless motor; a spindle, which is rotated by the brushless motor; a hammer, which is held on the spindle; an anvil, which is impacted in a rotational direction by the hammer; a polymer housing, which houses the brushless motor; a hammer case, which is connected to the polymer housing and houses the hammer and the spindle; and a light unit, which is held on the hammer case and comprises a plurality of light-emitting devices. The maximum tightening torque of the anvil is 1,000 N·m or more and 2,500 N·m or less.

An impact tool includes a brushless motor having a rotor extending in a front-rear direction and disposed in a motor housing constituted by left, right and rear motor housings. A battery pack is disposed below the motor housing in an up-down direction. A plurality of first screws extend in a left-right direction and fix the left motor housing to the right motor housing. A plurality of second screws extend in the front-rear direction and fix the rear motor housing to the left and right motor housings. A fan is disposed between the rotor and the rear motor housing, a grip housing is disposed downward of the motor housing, and a planetary gear mechanism is disposed frontward of the motor. A spindle is disposed frontward of the planetary gear mechanism, a hammer is disposed on an outer circumference of the spindle, and an anvil is disposed frontward of the hammer.

An impact tool (A) includes a spindle () rotated by a motor () and a hammer () rotated by the spindle. The hammer is designed to impact an anvil () in a rotational direction. A case () houses the hammer. A bearing (A,B) is disposed between the hammer case and the anvil. An O-ring () is disposed between the anvil and the bearing.

An anvil receives less stress around a rectangular prism and has higher durability. An impact wrench includes a motor, a hammer rotatable by the motor, a body accommodating the motor and the hammer, and an anvil protruding frontward from the body and to be struck in a rotation direction by the hammer. The anvil includes a blade to be in contact with the hammer, a cylinder located frontward from the blade, a rectangular prism located frontward from the cylinder, at least one chamfered surface each at an edge of the rectangular prism, and a concave on a rear end of the at least one chamfered surface.

Impact wrench

An impact tool includes a motor, a first hammer, an anvil, and a second hammer. The first hammer is configured to be rotated by driving of the motor. The anvil is configured to be hammered in a rotation direction by the first hammer. The second hammer is configured to be switchable between a state being linked and a state not being linked to the first hammer. The impact tool ensures selections of a first hammering mode in which only the first hammer hammers the anvil and a second hammering mode in which the first hammer and the second hammer hammer the anvil.

An electric working machine in one aspect of the present disclosure includes: a motor; a controller for controlling driving of the motor; a first setter; and a second setter. The first setter is operated for setting, as a control method for the motor, which is usable by the controller, one of control methods preliminarily registered. The second setter is operated for setting, as a control method for the motor, which is usable by the controller, at least one of the control methods settable via the first setter.

Electric working machine

An impact tool (A) includes a spindle () rotated by a motor () and a hammer () held by the spindle. The hammer is designed to impact an anvil () in a rotational direction. A case () houses the hammer. A first bearing (A) and a second bearing (B) are held in the case and arranged along the axial direction. The first bearing and the second bearing directly hold the anvil in a rotatable manner.

An electric working machine in one aspect of the present disclosure includes: a motor, a manipulator, a setter, and a controller. The setter sets first control characteristics preliminarily registered. The first control characteristics are set to achieve a rotational speed of the motor from a minimum rotational speed to a maximum rotational speed with a manipulating range of the manipulator, which is 50% or less of an effective manipulating range thereof.

Electric working machine and method for controlling motor of electric working machine

An impact driver or impact tool includes a motor, a motor housing that houses the motor, a grip housing integrally provided with the motor housing, a hammer case is disposed frontward of the motor housing, a spindle rotated by the motor, a hammer housed inside the hammer case and configured to be rotated by the spindle, and an anvil housed inside the hammer case which anvil is configured to be impacted by the hammer. In this impact driver, a length from a rear end of the motor housing to a front end of the anvil (i.e., the front-rear length of a main body) is less than 128 mm.

An impact driver includes a motor, a spindle rotated by the motor, a hammer that is movable forward and rearward with respect to the spindle and that has an inner peripheral portion facing the spindle, and an anvil struck in a rotational direction by the hammer. A grease supply path is provided to supply grease to the inner peripheral portion of the hammer.

A power tool includes a tool-main-body part, an electric motor as a drive source, a grip part, which extends downward from the tool-main-body part and is configured to be gripped by a user, and a power-supply unit at a tip of the grip part. The power tool includes a controller configured to control the operation of the electric motor, the controller being located on the power-supply unit, and a display controlled by the controller and configured to indicate an operating state of the electric motor. The controller and the display each have a flat-plate shape and are disposed along a surface direction with respect to one another, and the display includes a first portion that overlies the controller and a second portion that projects beyond an end edge of the controller.

Power tool

An electric working machine in one aspect of the present disclosure comprises a motor, a first operation unit, a control unit, a second operation unit, and a storage unit. The storage unit stores a reference speed that is set via the second operation unit. The control unit drives the motor at a rotation speed corresponding to a drive command from the first operation unit, in accordance with a control characteristic that is set based on the reference speed stored in the storage unit.
