This communication apparatus makes it possible to have a non-contact charging module and a sheet antenna coexist, even in the case where there the non-contact charging module and the sheet antenna in the communication apparatus. The apparatus is provided with: a housing; a secondary-side non-contact charging module, which is housed in the housing, receives power by means of electromagnetic induction, and has a first coil having a conducting wire wound thereon, and a first magnetic sheet facing the first coil; and an NFC antenna, which is housed in the housing, and has a second coil having a conducting wire wound thereon, and a second magnetic sheet facing the second coil. The secondary-side non-contact charging module and the NFC antenna are not laminated to each other.

Provided is a non-contact charging module wherein adverse effects from magnets have been prevented even where magnets are used for positioning, power transmission efficiency has been improved, and the entire module has been made thin due to a state of improved power transmission efficiency. The non-contact charging module comprises a planar coil portion () of spirally wound conductive wiring, and a magnetic sheet () that is provided so as to oppose a surface of a coil () on the planar coil portion (), and is characterized in that the magnetic sheet is layered with a first layer, and a second layer that has a lower magnetic permeability and a higher saturation magnetic flux density than the first layer.

A contactless charging module, a contactless charging device, and a method of manufacturing the contactless charging module, wherein a magnetic sheet can be prevented from being damaged and giving an adverse effect on power transmission characteristic, by adopting a flexible magnetic sheet having slits, and wherein power transmission efficiency of the contactless charging module can be prevented from decreasing significantly. The contactless charging module is provided with: a planar coil unit; a magnetic sheet upon which the planar coil unit is to be mounted; a recess section or a slit that is formed on the magnetic sheet, and that is for housing therein a portion of a conductor wire of the planar coil unit; and a plurality of flexible slits that are for giving flexibility to the magnetic sheet. At least one of the plurality of flexible slits is formed such that a virtual extension line of the flexible slit will be arranged within the width of the recess section or the slit.

Contactless charging module, contactless charging device, and method of manufacturing contactless charging module

It is an object to provide a non-contact charging module that prevents the magnet from negatively influencing particularly the inside portion of a coil and improves power transmission efficiency, even when a magnet is used for alignment. This non-contact charging module is a reception-side non-contact charging module, to which power is transmitted from a transmission-side non-contact charging module which is equipped with magnet, by electromagnetic induction, in which the non-contact charging module includes a planar coil portion around which spiral electric lines are wound, and a magnetic sheet disposed to face the surface of coil of the planar coil portion so that it faces the magnet of the transmission-side contact module, in which the inner diameter of the planar coil portion is larger than the magnet.

Non-contact charging module and reception-side and transmission-side non-contact charging apparatuses using the same

It is an object to provide a non-contact charging module that uses a magnet included in a counterpart-side non-contact charging module or does not use the magnet when aligning with the counterpart-side non-contact charging module is performed. An L value of a coil that is provided in the non-contact charging module is not changed. This non-contact charging module includes a planar coil portion where electrical lines are wound and a magnetic sheet that places a coil surface of the planar coil portion and faces the coil surface of the planar coil portion, and in the magnetic sheet, a hole portion is provided at the position corresponding to a hollow portion of the planar coil portion.

A non-contact charging module with which reduction in thickness can be achieved while reliable insulation is maintained between conducting wire and magnetic sheet. This non-contact charging module comprises: a planar coil section () constituted by coiling a conducting wire; a conductive magnetic sheet () having the planar coil section () arranged thereon, with an insulating sheet () therebetween; and a recess () or slit () provided in the conductive magnetic sheet () and extending to an edge of the conductive magnetic sheet () from the starting point of the winding of the planar coil section (). The conducting wire of the planar coil section () is stored in the recess () or slit () by the insulating sheet () being pushed into the recess () or slit (). The conducting wire of the planar coil section () is insulated from the conductive magnetic sheet () by the insulating sheet ().
