A windshield and a cowl louver are reliably connected together by effectively absorbing an error in shape or dimension of each of laminated glass, a clip and the cowl louver. A cowl louver includes a body portion, a first protrusion portion, an engageable portion, and a second protrusion portion. A clip in a plate shape includes a first plate portion, a second plate portion, a first bent portion, a third bent portion, a second bent portion and an engaged portion such that the second bent portion and the first protrusion portion are at least partly brought into contact with each other, and the engaged portion and the second protrusion portion are at least partly brought into contact with each other.

Connection structure between windshield and cowl louver

A vehicle body top structure for enhancing the rigidity and strength of the intersections of side rails and a front rail. The vehicle body top structure is provided with left and right side rails provided so as to extend in the front-and-rear direction at the top part of a vehicle body side part, and a front rail extending left and right, one end part of which is joined to the left side rail, and the other end of which is joined to the right side rail. Thin-plate parts having a smaller plate thickness than thick-plate parts and thick-plate parts are disclosed at the one end and the other end of the front rail. The thin-plate parts are each connected to the left and right side rails.

Vehicle body top structure

A vehicle mounting structure for a fuel cell system containing a vehicle floor; a vehicle skeletal member positioned under the vehicle floor, having floor frames provided on the sides of the vehicle body along the longitudinal direction of the vehicle and a plurality of cross members provided in the width direction of the vehicle and connected to the floor frames; and a fuel cell unit and an auxiliary unit of the fuel cell disposed to be adjacent in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle. The fuel cell unit and the auxiliary unit is each sandwiched from both sides in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle by two of the cross members. This vehicle mounting structure for a fuel cell system prevents the length of piping and the length of wiring from becoming excessively long and improves collisional stabilization.

Vehicle mounting structure for fuel cell system

A fuel cell vehicle includes: a vehicle body; a floor panel provided on the bottom of the vehicle body; a floor tunnel that is formed bulging upward in the center of the floor panel in the vehicle body width; a pair of front seats that are disposed on the floor panel, outside of the floor tunnel in the vehicle body width direction; center frames that support the floor tunnel, disposed at the center in the vehicle body width and extending along the vehicle body longitudinal direction; a sub-frame provided on the bottom of the floor panel and joined to the center frames; and a fuel cell stack mounted on the sub-frame and provided under the floor tunnel.

Fuel cell vehicle

A structure of a rear part in a vehicle body. A rear glass window is provided at a rear end part of a roof of the vehicle, and the rear glass window is inclined downward toward the back of the vehicle. A trunk compartment is formed from a part below an attachment part of the rear glass window to a rear end part of the vehicle body. A trunk lid is attached to a lower edge of the attachment part of the rear glass window in a manner such that the trunk lid can be opened and closed freely. A visual window for observing a field on the back side of the vehicle body is provided in a wall of the trunk lid, the wall being positioned on the back side of the vehicle body. A partition wall having an interior window may be provided below the rear glass window.

Structure of rear part in vehicle body

A vehicle body structure includes a body frame with a subframe mounted to a lower part of the body frame. The subframe is formed into a rectangular shape and has front, intermediate and rear cross members. A storage battery is designed to be mounted astride the front cross member and the intermediate cross member. A fuel tank is designed to be mounted astride the intermediate cross member and the rear cross member.

Vehicle body structure

A fuel cell vehicle includes: a vehicle body; a floor panel provided in the vehicle body that has a floor tunnel that bulges in substantially a center in the width direction of the vehicle body; a pair of front seats each having a seating surface and a seat back and disposed on the floor panel outside of the floor tunnel in the width direction of the vehicle body; seat rails provided between the front seats and the floor panel and adapted to be able to move the front seats in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body; and a fuel cell stack having a plurality of unit fuel cells stacked in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body, being disposed under the floor tunnel so as to be substantially parallel with the seat rails.

A rear structure of a gaseous fuel vehicle in this invention includes right and left rear frame members, and a support frame mounted to the right and left rear frame members, on which support frame a gaseous fuel tank is mounted. Each of the right and left rear frame members is constituted by a curved member which includes a curved portion curving upward, and a front linear portion and a rear linear portion which are lower than the highest portion of the curved portion. The support frame is attached to the front linear portions and the rear linear portions. The front linear portions are attached to the rear end of a vehicle frame to provide a low floor in a passenger compartment. A load applied to the rear ends of the right and left rear frame members is dispersed into the right and left rear frame members and the support frame, and transmitted to the vehicle frame.

Gaseous fuel vehicle rear structure

A fuel cell vehicle driven by generated electric power of a fuel cell comprises a fuel cell box disposed underneath a floor for storing therein the fuel call, G sensors for detecting a deformation of a vehicle body sideward of the fuel cell box, and a shut-off valve for closing a supply side piping of a hydrogen gas supplied to the fuel cell when a predetermined amount of deformation or the vehicle body is detected by the G sensors.

An installation structure allowing installation of a capacitor as a battery unit in a hybrid vehicle, even in a vehicle not having a luggage compartment, is provided. A rear pillar cross member is mounted behind the rear seat in the cross section of the vehicle, and both ends of the rear pillar cross member are joined to inner panels of a wheel housing through a bracket and a reinforcing bracket plate. A top portion of the capacitor, which is a battery unit, is fixed to the rear pillar cross member, and the bottom portion of the capacitor is joined to the floor cross member, such that the capacitor is installed in a standing state. In addition, a setting structure for reliably setting a rear seat body on the floor of the vehicle is also provided.

Installation structure of battery unit

The disclosure relates to a vehicle body structure safeguarding a fuel tank from damage resulting from collisions without greatly increasing the weight of the vehicle. The vehicle body structure includes a front floor under which a fuel cell stack case accommodating a fuel cell stack is disposed, and side sills and floor frames which extend along the sides of the vehicle, and on which a sub-frame for housing a fuel tank is installed. The front face of the sub-frame and the rear face of the fuel cell stack case are flat and oppose each other.

A gas exhaust structure of a fuel-cell-powered vehicle includes a recess formed in a rear bumper with a surrounding wall. An opening of the recess is covered with louvers to allow ventilation, thereby to form a chamber. A discharge end of the discharge pipe is mounted to the chamber. An exhaust gas including hydrogen is guided through the discharge pipe into the chamber and is emitted from the opening to the outside of the vehicle.

Gas exhaust structure of fuel-cell-powered vehicle

A body structure of a fuel cell vehicle which is driven using power generated by a fuel cell. The body structure comprises a frame unit which supports a fuel tank for storing fuel for the fuel cell; a fuel cell box which accommodates the fuel cell, the fuel cell box being disposed in proximity of the frame unit at a floor of the vehicle, a fuel feed pipe which connects the fuel tank and the fuel cell, and a pillar which is disposed at a position, viewed from the side of the vehicle, covering at least a part of the fuel cell box and at least a part of the frame unit.

Body structure of fuel cell vehicle

A fuel gas filling system for a vehicle having a supply section and a fuel lid, which includes an opening operation section to which an opening operation for the fuel lid is applied, an operation wire, which is provided between the opening operation section and the fuel lid, for making the fuel lid respond to the opening operation applied to the opening operation section, and a locking device having a movable element, a fixed element, a lock pin, and an actuator. The actuator is adapted to make the lock pin to be engaged with the fixed element and the movable element when the vehicle is not in a stationary state.

Fuel gas filling system

A vehicle body rear part structure includes a rectangular support frame carrying thereon a cylindrical fuel tank and attached to left and right rear frames from below via left and right front brackets and left and right rear brackets so as to define therebetween a pair of laterally spaced openings generally corresponding in position to the axis of the fuel tank and receiving therein a pipe system of the fuel tank.
