The presence of a wireless device and/or accessory that cannot maintain an independent network connection can be detected by network connected wireless devices and the location of the detected device and/or accessory can be reported to a device location service. As the wireless devices and/or accessories do not have independent network connections, periodic maintenance is performed on those devices by nearby owner devices to which the wireless devices and/or accessories are paired or associated. Described herein are systems, methods, and associated devices to maintain a locatable wireless device by a set of multiple owner devices for that wireless device.

Methods for aggregating Bluetooth profiles for faster connection and configuration are disclosed, including transmitting, subsequent to establishing a connection, a request message to a peer device that indicates support of a fast connection protocol for Bluetooth profiles configuration and receiving a response message from the peer device that indicates the peer device supports the fast connection protocol. After pairing with the peer device, a first list of profile descriptors for a plurality of Bluetooth profiles supported by the device may be transmitted to the peer device and a second list of profile descriptors for a plurality of Bluetooth profiles supported by the peer device may be received. A configuration of a plurality of Bluetooth profiles base, at least in part, on a comparison of the first list of profile descriptors to the second list of profile descriptors may be determined and transmitted to the peer device.

Bluetooth profile fast connect

Immersive audio can be generated and/or updated in real-time as an accessory device presenting the audio is moved with respect to a computing device presenting accompanying video content. This real-time immersive audio is enabled by determining positions of the accessory device with respect to the computing device, based on real-time analysis of sensor information from the accessory device and the computing device. Accurate positions can be determined by synchronizing timestamped sensor data from the multiple devices through the use of a clock of a common wireless communication link (e.g., a Bluetooth connection), which may have lower drift than the global clocks of the devices themselves. Calculated offsets associated with differences between the clock of the wireless communication link and the global clocks of the multiple devices can be used to account for inaccuracies in the global clocks of the multiple devices with respect to one another.

A pill pouch is disclosed. The pill pouch can include a receptacle to contain a pill. The receptacle can have an opening to receive the pill therein. The receptacle can be defined at least in part by a flexible side to facilitate breaking or crushing of the pill inside the receptacle. The pill pouch can also include an access feature associated with the receptacle to facilitate removal of the pill from the receptacle after the pill has been broken and/or crushed.

A device including a first transceiver configured to transmit and receive, using a first antenna, according to a first communication protocol, a second transceiver configured to transmit and receive, using a second antenna, according to the first communication protocol, and a third transceiver configured to transmit and receive, using the second antenna, according to a second communication protocol. The present specification describes techniques for packet exchange arbitration. In some embodiments, a request is maintained to an arbiter at least until a packet exchange has been communicated and/or at least until a time-sensitive packet is communicated. In some other embodiments, a grant of a request is delayed at least until the communication of an isochronous packet.

An apparatus has first and second wireless communication modules with respective first and second wireless communication signaling terminals. An arbiter is coupled to receive a request for access to an antenna from one of the first and second wireless communication modules. The arbiter is operable to cause the antenna to be coupled to one of the first and second wireless communication signaling terminals in response to the request, and a coexistence module is operable to prevent the arbiter from receiving a request from the second wireless communication module to thereby allow a communication of the first wireless communication module.

The read request is configured to access a file on the host device. The device can access mappings to identify a first mapping. The device can identify a first file on a mobile device based on the first mapping. The device can access the first file, where the accessing uses the first mapping. The device can access the first file by communicating with the mobile device to read the first file. The device can then return the first file.
