An optical fiber pedestal box comprises a pedestal having a rail and an optical fiber box configured to mount to the pedestal. The optical fiber box is restricted in movement by at least one cable and the pedestal is configured to slide relative to the optical fiber box to accommodate cables moving because of ground heaving during freezing and thawing. The optical fiber pedestal box may be configured to receive different sizes and types of optical fiber cables.

A panel for storing a length of cable has a housing and a support assembly positioned in the housing and moveable with respect to the housing. The housing defines a housing space for storing the length of cable. The housing space is accessible through an opening. The support assembly is slidable through the opening between a stowed position inside of the housing space and a released position in which the support assembly is at least partially outside of the housing space. The support assembly has a pair of support rods that extend generally parallel to each other and are spaced by a distance, and a bracket connected to first ends of the support rods such that the support rods extend from the bracket and each have second ends that are free ends.

A coaxial panel comprising a frame with a plurality of openings and a mounting frame for holding a plurality of coaxial jacks that is mounted to the frame is disclosed. Each mounting frame includes an exterior surface that includes an intermating structure for slidably coupling a first mounting frame to a second identical mounting frame in a sliding direction either in a vertical orientation or a horizontal orientation. The intermating structure configured such that two coupled mounting frames cannot be pulled apart in a direction generally perpendicular to the sliding direction. The coaxial jacks mounted to the mounting frame and the mounting frame include slidably intermating alignment structures for aligning front coaxial cable connection locations of the coaxial jacks with the plurality of openings in the frame.

A splitter unit including a chassis containing splitter cards. The splitter unit includes a central processing unit mounting location. The splitter unit also includes test access devices that are inactive when the central processing unit mounting location is vacant. The splitter unit is configured such that the splitter cards provide passive signal splitting even when the central processing unit mounting location is vacant.

Splitter system with test access

A coaxial panel comprising a frame and a designation tray slidably coupled to the frame is disclosed. The designation tray is movable between an open position and a closed position. The designation tray includes at least one designation space visible when the tray is in a closed position and includes at least two designation spaces that are visible when the designation tray is slidably moved to an open position, the two designation spaces being on different faces of the designation tray. A method comprising providing a movable tray with a front designation visible from a front of the tray when the tray is in a closed position and sliding the tray from the closed position to an open position to expose a side designation is also disclosed.

A cable management bracket for a telecommunications rack. The bracket includes an elongated member having a length sized to extend across a width of the rack. A plurality of fingers project outwardly from the elongated member. The fingers are spaced apart along the length of the elongated member. Gaps sized to receive telecommunications cables are positioned between the fingers. Bend radius limiters are preferably connected to the fingers to prevent cables passing through the gaps from being bent beyond predetermined bend radius requirements.
