An enclosure includes an enclosure body section having a first side which is at least partially open. The enclosure body section includes a second side adjacent to the first side, the second side having a cut-out extending to and open along the at partially open area of the first side and defining a cable entry section of the enclosure. A closure member is mountable to the enclosure body section to at least partially cover the cable entry section.

An electrical enclosure includes a frame and a seismic subframe. The seismic subframe includes vertical frame members interconnecting with braces at the top and bottom and opening at the front and rear of the enclosure. The assembly mounts to the rectangular frame of the enclosure. Grid straps extend from front to rear to connect the assemblies and provide additional bracing. Front and rear panels include gusset type braces at the corners mounted to the panels that engage inner edges of the framework to provide positioning as well as support.

An enclosure (10) includes a door (12) having a window panel (20) extending from a top edge to a bottom edge. The door (12) includes venting members (26) having vents formed therein extending substantially along either lateral edge of the window panel (20). A spaced apart inner portion (60) provides a vertical conduit for improved circulation. The window panel (20) attaches with adhesive (50) on engagement surfaces (32, 34 and 36) as well as a mechanical connection through threaded members (44).

The invention comprises a washer for establishing electrical continuity between two conductive members each having a non-conductive coating and which are secured together by threaded fasteners such as screws. The washer has projections that pierce the non-conductive coatings of the two conductive components as the threaded fasteners are tightened thereby establishing electrical continuity through the washer.
