Systems and methods of pressure testing well production equipment, such as a blowout preventer stack and a choke manifold are disclosed. The system may include a pressure testing tool disposed in selective fluid communication with the blowout preventer stack and the choke manifold and may be arranged to permit independent pressure testing of valves of the blowout preventer stack and valves of the choke manifold without breaking connections between the blowout preventer stack and the choke manifold.

An articulating grasshopper arm includes a cable tray. The cable tray is pivotably coupled to a drilling rig by at least one pivot point. The pivot point is adapted to allow the cable tray to pivot upward and downward as well as laterally right and left relative to the drilling rig.

A BOP cart includes a platform including at least one mounting position adapted to receive the bottom of a BOP and a cart back extending generally perpendicular to the platform. The cart back includes at least one mounting feature positioned to secure the BOP to the BOP cart.

According to one aspect, a drilling rig carriage is adapted to move along a drilling mast, and includes a body structure, electric motors coupled to the body structure, and pinions operably coupled to the electric motors, respectively. The pinions are adapted to engage racks, respectively. According to another aspect, a drilling mast includes a longitudinally-extending frame having a first side portion and a second side portion spaced therefrom. Racks are coupled to the frame at the first side portion thereof. According to yet another aspect, an apparatus includes a drilling mast or tower extending longitudinally along an axis, the tower including racks spaced in a parallel relation. A top drive is movable along the axis and relative to the tower. Electric motors are coupled to the top drive and movable therewith. Pinions are operably coupled to the electric motors, respectively, and engage the racks, respectively, to move the top drive.

Methods of treatment of a subject having cancer using the pharmaceutical compositions are described, along with methods of making ceramide anionic liposomes which encapsulate one or more hydrophilic antineoplastic chemotherapeutics in the aqueous interior of the ceramide anionic liposomes.
