A system to effectuate passive check-in with respect to a user's mobile device is described. A server system may be configured to receive communications from a GPS-enabled mobile device (e.g., a mobile phone), extract a stream of locations from the received communications, and use the location information to determine whether a boundary-crossing event has occurred with respect to the mobile device. In response to detecting a boundary-crossing event, the server may communicate a message, such as a recommendation, to the mobile device.

Passive check-in

The present invention relates to an improved height adjustable table which can assist and motivate the user to use the height adjustable table in a manner which increases health, calorie burn and well-being. This is done by logging how long the table has been in a standing and/or sitting range. The log can be used to calculate the calories burned during use. In another embodiment the log can be used to remind the user of the table to change position during the use of the table.

Height adjustable table

A system to effectuate passive check-in with respect to a user's mobile device is described. A server system may be configured to receive communications from a GPS-enabled mobile device (e.g., a mobile phone), extract a stream of locations from the received communications, and use the location information to determine whether a boundary-crossing event has occurred with respect to the mobile device. In response to detecting a boundary-crossing event, the server stores special locations information in a profile that represents the user with respect to a web-based service.

An assembly including a front panel is separated from a back panel by a panel fold line. Side flaps are disposed at opposing edges of the front panel and are each separated from the front panel by a flap fold line. The side flaps include a front flap surface with an adhesive material and a back flap surface opposite the front flap surface. The assembly is foldable about the panel fold line to dispose the back panel adjacent the front panel and foldable about the flap fold line to dispose the back flap surface adjacent a front surface of the back panel when the back panel is folded. In a folded position, the assembly forms a pocket between the front and back panels, and is adherable by the adhesive material to a separate surface.

Envelope assembly

A sheet assembly that includes a first facing sheet, a second facing sheet, and an adhesive material disposed between the first and second facing sheets. A plurality of shapes is cut within a remaining portion of the first facing sheet, and each of the plurality of shapes defines a removable portion disposed over a portion of the second facing sheet. Upon removal of the removable portion the adhesive material is exposed and a photograph or other item can be adhered to the sheet assembly. The remaining portion of the sheet assembly includes a printable area for writing notes or comments about the adhered photo.

A label assembly including a face sheet, a back sheet, and a layer of adhesive disposed between the face sheet and the back sheet. The adhesive adheres to the face sheet more than to the back sheet. A plurality of label shapes is cut within a remaining portion of the face sheet in a label column. A fold line extends across the label shapes in the label column. The fold line can be a printed line, a score line, a perforated line, and combinations thereof. The fold line divides each of the label shapes into a first portion and a second portion, where the first portion is larger than the second portion. The smaller second portion is folded back onto the first portion to form an index label for adhering to a separate page.

A weir assembly is disclosed in which the size and shape of the opening can be easily changed, by utilizing a sizing insert system. In one embodiment, the sizing insert comprises a mechanical iris. The position of the opening is easily adjustable by utilizing at least one positioning stage that is fastened to the sizing insert. Spring plungers are utilized for retention of the transparent weir plate within the vertical channels of a water trough. A center-finder is utilized to approximately position the opening in relation to an extrusion die.

A lighted dental prop is disclosed comprising a wedge shaped bite block and a light source. The bite block utilizes reflected fiberoptic light or an internal light source to provide broad illumination to the mouth.

A disposable nozzle for a dental syringe is disclosed comprising an inner tube and an outer tube. The outer tube is constructed with depressions for inner tube retention. The depressions also serve as indicia. The proximal end of the outer tube has at least one indentation across its radius to prevent blockage of media flows.

A dental syringe is disclosed wherein finger actuated shutoff valves control air and water flows to a discharge nozzle. The shutoff valves are constructed with a groove into which the media inlet barb is inserted for retention. All O-rings are retained below the surface of the syringe head. The discharge nozzle is constructed with a retaining groove and retained with a snap ring.

A sleeve for disposable dental instrument nozzles is disclosed. The sleeve is designed to maintain sterility from the point of manufacture until actual use with a patient. Both ends of the sleeve are designed to be easily punctured or removed.
