A vascular closure device includes a delivery assembly, an anchor member carried by the delivery assembly, and a suture attached to the anchoring member. A plug member can be disposed in the delivery assembly and attached to suture such that the plug member. The plug member includes a plug body, a pair of ridges that project from the plug body, and a select location disposed between the pair of ridges. The plug member configured to, in response to a force applied to the select location, transition from an insertion configuration, whereby the plug member is elongate along an insertion direction, into a collapsed configuration, whereby the plug member is collapsed along the insertion direction.

A stroller has a seat assembly with a seat bottom and a seat back that is movable from an upright in-use orientation to a forward folded orientation closer to the seat bottom. A structure such as an arm bar extends across the seat assembly above the seat bottom and in front of the seat back. The structure is in a raised in-use position with the seat back in the in-use orientation. The structure moves from the in-use position to a lowered stowed position closer to the seat bottom when the seat back is moved to the folded forward orientation.

A brake assembly for a stroller has a wheel rotatable about a wheel axis and a plurality of pockets on the wheel spaced from and circumferentially around the wheel axis. A brake lever has an actuator arm and a link arm fixedly connected to one another and is movable between a braking orientation and a released orientation. A boss is driven by the link arm between a braking position and a released position corresponding respectively to the braking and released orientations of the brake lever. A biasing mechanism is configured to bias and retain the boss into engagement with one of the plurality of pockets when the brake lever is moved to the braking orientation and to bias and retain the boss out of engagement with the plurality of pockets when the brake lever is moved to the released position.

A changing table for a playard has a flexible platform sized to support a child and a changing table mount arranged to releasably engage the platform to the playard. The changing table mount can have a plurality of straps each having a fastener and removably received in corresponding slots of the playard. The changing table mount can comprise a zipper releasably connecting the changing table to the playard.

A stroller has a frame structure with two laterally spaced apart sides and a frame extension on each side. Each frame extension projects rearward and terminates at a free end. The frame structure is collapsible laterally from a side-to-side in-use spacing between the frame extensions to a side-to-side compact spacing less than the in-use spacing between the frame extensions. A push handle is on the free end of each frame extension. A cross-brace extends between and interconnects the frame extensions. The cross-brace has a central section and a pair of flanking sections pivotally connected to one another. The cross brace is selectively reconfigurable from a stiff condition to a loose condition with the frame extensions in the in-use spacing. The stiff condition maintains the in-use spacing between the frame extensions and the loose condition permits the frame extensions to collapse to the compact spacing.

Collapsible stroller

A changing table for use with a playard includes a platform that is sized to support a child and at least one changing table mount arranged relative to the platform to releasably engage the platform to the playard. The changing table mount includes a release actuator. When the changing table is engaged with the playard, the changing table is configured to remain engaged with the playard when a force of less than or equal to 25 pounds is applied to a location on the changing table other than the release actuator.

A stroller has a frame structure with two laterally spaced apart sides. A seat is supported between the sides of the frame structure. A frame extension is provided on each side of the frame structure. Each frame extension projects rearward of the seat. The frame structure is at least collapsible laterally from a side-to-side in-use spacing between the frame extensions to a side-to-side compact spacing less than the in-use spacing between the frame extensions. A cross-brace extends between and interconnects the frame extensions. The cross-brace is selectively reconfigurable from a stiff condition to a loose condition with the frame extensions in the in-use spacing. In the stiff condition the brace maintains the in-use spacing between the frame extensions and in the loose condition the brace permits the frame extensions to collapse to the compact spacing. A cup holder can be carried on the cross-brace to be collapsible with the frame structure. A release mechanism can also be carried on the cross-brace and be actuable to release the cross-brace from the stiff condition to a loose condition, such that the plurality of parts are freely pivotable relative to one another in the loose condition.

A collapsible stroller has a frame structure collapsible between an in-use configuration and a compact or collapsed configuration. The stroller has a variety of features or accessories that improve collapsibility, as well as stroller function and comfort during use. A number of these features or accessories also permit three-dimensional collapse of the stroller frame structure without requiring removal or disassembly of these features or accessories. The stroller can have one or more of the following features or accessories: a storage basket under the seat with a basket access area that is unencumbered by parts of the stroller; a collapsible foot rest for the seat occupant; a collapsible tray for the seat occupant; a tray with feet that provide, in part, a stable base to stand the collapsed stroller in an upright orientation; a collapsible upper cross-brace behind the seat; a cup holder for the caregiver that is provided as part of the collapsible upper cross-brace; a collapsible lower cross-brace that does not inhibit the basket access area beneath and behind the seat; a brake system incorporated into the lower cross-brace; an easy two-step fold frame structure; and handles for the caregiver that are adjustable longitudinally and rotationally using a single actuator.

An adjustable handle assembly is configured for a device that supports and carries a child and that can be moved along a surface. The handle assembly is coupled to a handle extension that extends from a part of the device and that has an end with an extension axis. The handle assembly has a stem configured to attach to the end of the handle extension. The handle assembly also has a grip body coupled to the stem. The grip body is independently movable relative to the handle extension both longitudinally along the extension axis and rotationally about the extension axis. An actuator is provided on the handle assembly and can be actuated between a lock position and a release position. In the lock position, the grip body is in a fixed position relative to the handle extension. In the release position, the grip body is permitted to move both longitudinally and rotationally relative to the extension axis between a plurality of selectable longitudinal and rotational positions. In one example, the device is a stroller that utilizes two such handle assemblies.

A stroller has a frame structure with spaced apart sides and is collapsible from an in-use arrangement to a compact collapsed arrangement. The stroller has a seat supported by the frame structure and has a tray assembly with a front. The tray assembly is supported between the sides of the frame structure and is spaced from the seat when the frame structure is in the in-use arrangement. A foot is provided as part of the tray assembly. The foot is in an extended position projecting outward relative to the front of the tray assembly when the frame structure is in the collapsed arrangement. The foot is in a stored position when the frame structure is in the in-use arrangement.

Stand up collapsible stroller

A stroller has a stroller frame with a child seat positioned on the stroller frame. The stroller further includes a child barrier that can be coupled to the stroller frame forward of a seat bight of the child seat. The child barrier also includes a cup holder with a central longitudinal axis. When the child barrier moves relative to the stroller frame, the cup holder pivots about the central longitudinal axis.

A stroller has a frame structure with opposed and spaced apart frame sides. Each frame side has a front leg that terminates at a lower end. A seat is supported by the frame structure between the frame sides and has a seat bottom. A front wheel assembly is connected to the lower end of each of the front legs and each front wheel assembly has a housing. An elongate foot rest extends between the frame sides of the frame structure. The foot rest is positioned at an elevation that is higher than the lower ends of the front legs and lower than the seat bottom. The foot rest is not connected to the front legs at the elevation of the foot rest.

A stroller comprises a stroller frame, and a child seat positioned on the stroller frame and having a seat back, a seat bottom, and a seat bight. The stroller frame includes a cup holder forward of the seat bight. The stroller can further include a child barrier, such as a child tray or a child arm bar, movably coupled to the stroller frame such that the cup holder remains stationary relative to the stroller frame while the child barrier moves relative to the stroller frame. The child tray can also be movably coupled to the cup holder and releasably coupled to the stroller frame.
