Blade base

A blending system is shown and described herein. The blending system may include a base including a motor, a blade base assembly selectively and operably engaged with the base, where the motor drives a blade assembly of the blade base, and a blending container engageable with the blade base. The blade base may be configured to prevent driving of the blade assembly when the blending container is not engaged with the blade base assembly. The blade base may be engaged with the blending container and the blade assembly may mechanically engage with the motor.

An optic assembly includes a light source, a reflector to reflect light emitted by the light source, and an optical lens disposed over and/or around the light source. The optical lens is configured to direct light emitted from the light source using refraction and total internal reflection.

Sonic welded optic assembly

A light fixture is provided that includes a plurality of light emitting sources, such as e.g., LEDs, that are arranged along a longitudinal direction. A heat sink provides a support structure for the lights while also assisting with the dissipation of heat. A diffuser covers the light emitting sources and is also supported by the heat sink. One or more optical elements such as e.g., a reflector or internally reflecting lens may be used to help direct light rays from the light emitting sources. Certain features may be added at the ends of the light fixture for mounting upon a surface and/or for further controlling the direction of light rays projecting from the light fixture. The light fixture is suitable for a variety of applications including e.g., the illumination of products displayed on shelving for consumer viewing.

A bi-pin connector for a luminaire includes a base and pins that can rotate relative to the base. The pins can also translate relative to a light fixture housing in a direction transverse to the axis about which the pins rotate. A luminaire including the bi-pin connector is also disclosed.

The present invention is drawn to a coupling nut for connecting an automotive headlamp adjustment assembly to a tubular protrusion or boss of a headlight reflector forming part of the headlamp assembly wherein the coupling nut has a tubular opening at one end thereof which fits over the tubular protrusion of the headlamp reflector and a cup shaped opening at the opposite end and a circumferential cut out area with a flexible inclined plane therein to allow an easy snap-in of the nut to a pair of protrusions extending from the outside surface of the tubular protrusion.
