A feed and cutting unit for selectively cutting and dispensing individual weight material segments from a common strip of backing material is disclosed. The feed and cutting unit comprises a feed assembly, a sensor and a cutter member. The feed assembly includes a drive roller and a follower roller that frictionally engages first and second surfaces of a strip of weight material to selectively move the strip of weight material to a cutter member. The sensor is connected to a controller and measures an amount of segmented weight material on the backing material as the strip of weight material moves past the sensor. The cutter member is actuated to separate weight material segments from the backing material by cutting at least a portion of the backing material in a gap disposed between adjacent segments. Weight apply devices that receive the segments for application to an imbalanced member, are also disclosed.

A bead exerciser system for an automated wheel assembly may include a center lift configured to lift a wheel assembly off of a conveyor belt, a drum roller configured to rotate the wheel assembly, a pair of pinch rollers driven by a driver and configured to apply force to a tire of the wheel assembly, a force sensor configured to detect a force of the tire against the pinch rollers, and a controller configured to receive the force from the force sensor and generate a command for an alert in response to the force falling outside of a predefined threshold range.

A robotic press assembly configured to apply force to a wheel, may include a selectively moveable arm that is operatively connected to a body portion at a first end thereof; and a press tool operatively connected to a second end of the moveable arm; wherein the press tool includes at least one mounting bracket maintaining a press tool thereon, the mounting bracket arranged on a platform, and a base operatively connected to the second end of the arm, the platform being slidably fixed to the base in order to adjust the lateral displacement of the press tool, and wherein the press tool is configured to apply force at the wheel.

Headsets presented herein may include at least one earpiece having an adjustable bone conduction element and an ear bud. The location of the bone conduction element may be repositioned by sliding a slidably-coupled section to which the bone conduction element is attached. The ear bud may be disengaged without disturbing the positioning of the bone conduction element. Additionally, the earpiece may be attached to a base member via a pivoting element that is coupled to wire that retracts into the base member. The base member can be controlled by a cell phone and charge by plugging into a solar harness.
