A modular accessory system is supportable on a vertical surface such as a wall, an office divider, or the like and includes a support member or base that supports decorative panels and/or functional panels to provide a desired appearance and/or functions for use in an area. The panels are repositionable, and some may be oriented in two or more different orientations on the support base. Engaging members are provided at spaced intervals along each panel, with additional engaging members provided at spaced intervals along the support base. The engaging members along the support base releasably engage the engaging members on the panels to support them on the support base.

Wall-mounted modular accessory system

A modular accessory system is supportable on a vertical surface such as a wall, an office divider, or the like and includes a framework that support panels and/or functional modules to provide a desired appearance and/or functions for use in an area. The panels and modules are repositionable, and some may be oriented in two or more different orientations on the framework. Engaging members are provided at spaced intervals along each panel and module, with additional engaging members provided at spaced intervals along the framework. The engaging members along the framework releasably engage the engaging members on the panels and modules to support them on the framework. In addition, brackets may be coupled to the framework in either a vertical or horizontal orientation, such as alongside any panel or module, to support accessories thereon. Electrical wiring may be routed through the framework to supply certain panels, modules, or accessories.

Color verification card

A color measurement instrument that is capable of both spot reading and strip reading. The instrument includes a handheld unit and a docking unit. When removed from the docking unit, the handheld unit is used for spot reading. When docked in the docking unit, the handheld unit and the docking unit are used together for strip reading. The handheld unit includes a self-storing target that is deployed for spot reading and stored for strip reading. The handheld unit also includes a self-storing calibration plaque that is deployed for calibration and stored otherwise. When docked, the handheld unit teeters on the docking unit between a normally closed position and a manually selectable open position to accommodate a variety of sample thicknesses.

Color measurement instrument capable of both strip reading and spot reading

A sealing apparatus includes a frame structure including a base and an actuator support extending upward from the base, a container support including a container receiver, and a heater platen suspended from the actuator support above the container support. The heater platen is shiftable between a load/unload position wherein a container can be loaded into and unloaded from within the container receiver and an associated lid can be positioned over the container, and a sealing position wherein the heater platen presses the container and the lid on the container support. The sealing apparatus also includes an actuator that includes a support structure pivotally attached to the frame and supporting the heater platen, and an L-shaped handle having a first end, second end and a pivot point located between the first end and the second end. The handle is pivotable between a first position wherein the heater platen is in the load/unload position, and a second position wherein the heater platen is in the sealing position. The actuator also includes at least one pivot arm pivotally attached to the second of the handle and pivotally attached to the support structure such that rotating the handle with respect to the frame rotates the heater platen between the load/unload position and the sealing position.

A recumbent apparatus for exercise and physical therapy providing a lower body workout, an upper body workout and cardiovascular conditioning, the apparatus comprising a frame having a forward end and a rearward end, the frame generally defining a longitudinal axis extending between the forward and rearward ends, a seat supported by the frame, a left leg assembly and a right leg assembly, the leg assemblies supported by the frame for pivoting movement about a pivot axis transverse to the longitudinal axis, the leg assemblies positioned generally toward the forward end and each including an upwardly extending leg lever terminating in a pedal, a left arm assembly and a right arm assembly, the arm assemblies supported by the frame for pivoting movement also about the pivot axis, the arm assemblies positioned generally toward the forward end and each including an upwardly extending arm lever terminating in a handle, the left leg assembly being connected to the right arm assembly enabling movement therewith and defining a first connected assembly, the right leg assembly being connected to the left arm assembly enabling movement therewith and defining a second connected assembly, the connected assemblies coupled by at least one generally stiff mechanical linkage to a cam such that forward movement in one of the connected assemblies induces rearward movement in the other the connected assemblies, thereby enabling contralateral movement of the arm and leg assemblies, a first belt coupled to the cam and a first one way clutch, wherein the cam is actuated by the stiff mechanical linkage in a first direction and the first belt is actuated by the cam, the first belt rotating the first one way clutch, a second belt coupled to the cam and a second one way clutch, wherein the cam is actuated by the stiff mechanical linkage in a second direction and the second belt is actuated by the cam, the second belt rotating the second one way clutch, the first and second one way clutches coupled with a pulley which is further coupled to a resistance device by a third belt, the resistance device providing resistance to the movement of the arm and leg assemblies about the pivoting axis.

Recumbent total body exerciser

A recumbent exercise device which provides lower body, upper body and cardiovascular conditioning. The device includes a frame having a seat supported toward the rear thereof. A pair of leg assemblies and a pair of arm assemblies are pivotally supported by the frame for movement about a transverse pivot axis. The arm and leg assemblies are positioned generally toward the forward end of the frame and each includes an upward and forward extending lever with the leg assemblies terminating in pedals and the arm assemblies terminating in handles. The arm and leg assemblies are connected to each other for contralateral movement. A resistance mechanism is coupled to the arm and leg assemblies to provide resistance to their movement the pivot axis. An open area is defined above the frame between the seat and the arm and leg assemblies to permit step-through access to the seat regardless of the arm and leg assembly positions.

A spring biased hinge for refrigerator doors and the like includes a stationary mounting bracket, a bent-wire spring mounted between the door and bracket, and a pivot pin for pivotally mounting the door to the mounting bracket. The mounting bracket is reversible so that it can be used on either side of the door, and includes a slot for receiving an end of the spring, the slot and spring being located so that as the door is opened, the door travels through a first arcuate segment where the spring is compressed and oriented to bias the door closed, through a second arcuate segment where the spring is compressed and oriented to bias the door open, and a third arcuate segment where the spring is not compressed but rather slides in the slot allowing the door to swing freely open until an end of the slot is engaged to limit the maximum door open movement. The hinge is characterized by its low profile and low number of parts.

A drawer interlock combination for a stack or tier of drawers and simplified to include a frame forming a receptacle guide for a plurality of rotors, one rotor for each drawer in the stack and the same frame guiding a plurality of actuators, one for each drawer through a path limited in both extremes of travel and displaceable by the action of only one of the rotors so that only a single drawer may be opened at a time and plural drawers cannot be opened concurrently. The device may be completely locked by simple blocking of the travel of the actuators to less displacement than by an single of the rotors. The structure is simple, economical and easy to install. The parts repeat themselves and provide excellent drawer stabilization with overall locking of all drawers.
