A wire management system for a table leg is provided in a cooperative assembly with a table leg having a specific shape to receive a channel member with a cavity to receive various cables and cords. The wire management system is configured to work in a cohesive assembly and in an aesthetically pleasing manner, wherein the wire management system for a table leg is provided in a specific angular shape for receipt on a cooperative angular shape of the table leg or supporting member. Accordingly, the table leg of the cooperative assembly is provided in a geometric convex kite shape when view in cross section, wherein the kite shape is a quadrilateral having contiguous sides comprising two pairs of equal length sides that are adjacent to each other.

Provided is a table system that allows for multiple table frame arrangements using various combinations of fundamental building pieces. An adjustable height table leg includes two parallel and horizontal slots adapted to receive and clamp two independent frame members of the frame. The frame members may be bent or angled in a plurality of configurations to achieve a desired shape for the table frame. Sections of the frame members may also include apertures through which fasteners may be threaded to connect two frame members at right angles.

Disclosed is a dual axis of rotation tablet arm storage mechanism. The mechanism includes a first rotor block rotationally secured to a second rotor block. Both rotor blocks travel within a dual walled track of the mechanism. In the use configuration, the walls of the track are adjacent to the second rotor and restrict the rotation of the second rotor to help stabilize the writing surface. While the disclosed tablet arm maintains the benefits of other tablet arm mechanisms, many other benefits are achieved such as a mechanism that is free of pinch points during operation. The disclosed mechanism includes a dual access rotation mechanism that also allows the elevational alignment of the tablet top surface to be adjusted while the table top is in use.

Disclosed is a removable attachment bar for a flip-top table that includes multiple tracks on which objects table top supports, storage containers, and other items may be mounted. While maintaining the benefits of standard flip-top tables, attachment bar also achieves many benefits including improved table rigidity and additional locations to secure attachments to the table.

An improved mechanism for operating a flip-top table is presented that provides improved table rigidity, an intuitively operable release mechanism, a single release action to release the mechanism from both a 'use' and 'folded' position, and spatially separated latches for the &#x201c;use&#x201d; and &#x201c;folded&#x201d; positions. Additionally the mechanism meets or exceeds government and industry standards while having a refined appearance.

A leg attachment mechanism and a method of manufacture for an article of furniture including a bracket attached to the article of furniture and an expandable post attached to the bracket. The leg includes a receptacle of sufficient dimension to receive the post. The leg is attached to the post by fitting the receptacle over the post and then expanding the post to forcefully engage the walls of the leg defining the receptacle. The post preferably includes a flexible wall that is movable outwardly by rotation of a threaded element, such as a set screw. A foam overmold is preferably formed over the edge of the article of furniture and the bracket. The overmold preferably includes an undercut boot that closely receives upper end of the leg.
