A safety apparatus for elevator apparatuses which can move a cab via a drive including a monitoring unit for monitoring at least one of the drive and/or the motor regulation system of the drive, a safety device having at least two sensors, which can be switched between at least two switching states depending on a state, in particular a closing state. In order to be able to reduce operating costs, at least one of the safety device and the monitoring unit includes a controller, which is designed to identify the respective switching states of the sensors, and to transmit at least one of data and monitoring signals to the monitoring unit.

Safety apparatus for an elevator

In order to be able to increase safety in elevator systems, a connecting device for connecting a transmission device for transmitting information is provided, wherein the transmission device is attached to a measurement tape for determining the position of a cab in an elevator shaft and wherein the connecting device is designed as a guide bracket for guiding and/or supporting the measurement tape, so that the guide bracket at least partially surrounds the measurement tape, and wherein the guide bracket has at least one opening for reading out the marking unit, and wherein the connecting device has two connection contacts for connecting to one of the communication lines and/or supply lines and an interruption device for interrupting one of the communication lines and/or supply lines, wherein the interruption device is situated in such a way that the interruption occurs between the two connection contacts.

Connecting device for measurement tapes in elevator devices

With regard to the effect of a settling building, a connecting device for connecting a transmission device for transmitting information, wherein the transmission device is attached to a measurement tape for determining the position of a cab in an elevator shaft, wherein the connecting device is designed as a guide bracket for guiding and/or supporting the measurement tape, so that it at least partially surrounds the measurement tape, and wherein the guide bracket has at least one opening for reading out the marking unit, and wherein the connecting device has at least one connection contact for connecting to one of the communication lines and/or supply lines, wherein the at least one connection contact is movably supported in the connecting device.

Safety apparatus for an elevator apparatus and a drive apparatus thereof

A measurement tape is proposed for determining the position of a cab in an elevator shaft, wherein the measurement tape is situated vertically in the elevator shaft, and extends over at least two floors, and wherein the measurement tape includes a marking unit for marking at least two positions in the elevator shaft, wherein the marking unit runs along the length of the measurement tape. In order to improve servicing, the measurement tape includes a carrier tape and has a transmission device for transmitting information, wherein the transmission device includes at least one communication line for transmitting an information signal and/or at least one supply line for supplying power, and the at least one communication line/supply lines runs along the length of the measurement tape, wherein the communication line is designed as an electrical line for transmitting an electrical signal or as a fiberglass line for transmitting an optical signal.

Measurement tape for an elevator device

A monitoring sensor for detecting a test signal from an external signal generator at an input for receiving signals, to switch the monitoring sensor from a passive state to an active state when a signal is detected, to switch the monitoring sensor to a test state after a test period 't2' has expired, to change an output signal from an output of the monitoring sensor after an activation period 't3' has expired, this change in the output signal corresponding to a signal which arises when the monitoring sensor triggers a switching operation after an object has been detected, to convert the output signal to the initial state again after the withdrawal of the test signal has been detected, and to provide this renewed signal change as the signal for an external signal generator, the monitoring sensor changing to the monitoring state after this signal sequence.

Monitoring sensor with activation

A switching device including at least one sensor for detection purposes which can be switched between at least two switching states depending on the detection. In order to enable improved detection of the switching states, a switching unit is provided, the switching unit and the at least one sensor each having a communication unit for communicating with one another, and it being possible for the switching unit to be switched depending on the at least one sensor.

The reference marking is arranged such that it can be captured by the detection field and the sensor apparatus is also provided for detecting the reference marking and the evaluation apparatus aligns the position determined by the measurement tape with the reference marking.

Elevator shaft position measurement apparatus

A safety device for safeguarding a movable, guided movement element against undesired collisions with an object situated on a movement path of the movement element, said device comprising at least two sensors for detecting the object and the movement element and for outputting signals depending on the detection, and also having an evaluation unit for evaluating signals of the sensors and for generating a switch-off signal on the basis of the evaluation. For improved recognition of a risk of collision, the evaluation unit is designed to acquire from the at least two sensors a currently detected state vector from a set of state vectors which unambiguously comprise all possible combinations of the signals of the sensors, and to generate the switch-off signal in the case of predetermined state vectors.

In order to be able to improve the susceptibility to maintenance, a switching unit is provided which can be switched between at least two switching states by connection to the safety device and is designed to effect the closed and/or open conduction state of the first safety circuit.

Elevator door monitor and drive safety apparatus

An elevator device for transporting persons and/or objects within an elevator shaft of a three-dimensional formation including at least two levels, in particular a building or the like. The elevator device includes an elevator car, in which the persons and/or objects to be transported can be accommodated, a running framework for mounting and guiding the elevator car, a position determining device for determining the position of the elevator car within the elevator shaft and/or with respect to the running framework. The position determining device includes marking units for marking the position of the elevator car relative to the running framework and the elevator shaft, a detection unit for detecting and/or reading out the marking units and also an evaluation unit for evaluating the measured values of the detection unit. The marking units are formed as carriers of a barcode, in particular a 2-D code, and the detection unit is formed as an image sensor, in particular as a camera.

Elevator monitor and drive safety apparatus

Monitoring apparatus for monitoring a movement element pivoted between open and closed states of an opening to be closed, the apparatus having a sensor for detecting an object and for monitoring a spatial angle originating at or near the rotation axis. The sensor is fitted at or near the rotation axis and includes a transmitter and receiver for transmitting and receiving radiation within the spatial angle. The sensor emits detection signals generated by the receiver when radiation is detected. The monitoring apparatus includes an evaluation unit that evaluates the detection signals depending on the angular position of the detected radiation in the spatial angle and determines whether an object has been detected and/or the position of the detected object. The evaluation unit draws a distinction between the movement element and an object depending on the current angular position of the movement element.
