A sliding board, preferably a snow sliding board, including: a front sliding board region including a front end of the sliding board; a rear sliding board region including a rear end of the sliding board; and a binding region, extending between the front sliding board region and the rear sliding board region in the longitudinal direction of the sliding board, for fixing a sliding board binding for holding a boot. The snow sliding board exhibits a multi-layered structure including at least: a sliding board core; upper layers which are arranged above the sliding board core; and lower layers which are arranged below the sliding board core. At least one of the upper layers and/or at least one of the lower layers includes a fiber-composite material, wherein the fiber-composite material includes a multitude of fibers, wherein the fiber-composite material in a region exhibits a fiber orientation which varies within the region.

The invention relates to a ski, including: a paddle region which forms a front end of the ski; a rear end region; and a binding region, which extends in the longitudinal direction of the ski between the paddle region and the rear end region, for fastening a ski binding; a core; an upper strap; a lower strap; and a reinforcing frame which extends in the paddle region and/or in the rear end region.

The invention relates to a snow glide board, especially a ski, having a glide board body with one forward and one rear glide board body end and with a middle glide board section forming a binding section for fastening at least one binding and/or binding plate. The glide board body being designed at least in a partial section on its top side facing away from one glide surface three-dimensionally with a raised section extending in a first axis direction (X axis) corresponding to a glide board longitudinal direction, the raised section is adjoined in a second axis direction (Y axis) toward the longitudinal side of the glide board body by lateral sections, which in a third axis direction (Z axis) perpendicular to the first and second axis direction (X axis, Y axis) and perpendicular to the glide surface have a reduced thickness, the glide board body width in the second axis direction (Y axis) being defined by the sum of the widths of the raised section and the lateral sections.

In a snow glide board, in particular a ski with a glide board body, the outer surface of which is formed at least on one top side opposing the gliding or running surface by a shell of at least one layer made of a flat material and the glide board body of which comprises at least one channel extending in the longitudinal direction of the glide board body for holding at least one trim rod, the shell is made of a shell element on which at least one hollow or tubular section forming a channel for at least one trim rod is formed or pre-mounted.

The invention relates to a new type of snow glide board, in particular a ski, with at least one binding, which is held on one snow glide board top side by locking sections interlocking behind undercuts on the snow glide board body, wherein open insertion apertures are provided on the top of the snow glide board for inserting the locking sections into the undercuts, each of which apertures pass into one undercut.
