One part of an assembly has one wall with a face-end groove in which a rubber-elastic seal is disposed. In the unstressed state, the seal protrudes past two groove cheeks of the groove. The groove cheek toward the outside is provided with a luglike protrusion while the groove cheek toward the inside has a lesser height than the groove cheek and is wedge-shaped in cross section. The protrusion of the outside groove cheek together with the seal forms a sealing device, whose action in the stressed state is based on the one hand on the plastic deformation of the protrusion on a face of a second part and on the other on the high pressure of the seal in the groove.

Sealing system for an assembly

For bonding magnet valves, inserted into a hydraulic block, to an electronic control circuit for wheel slip control, the invention proposes that wire ends of coils of the magnet valve be fixed to one face end of a winding carrier and bonded by means of slit terminals, which are integral with a stamped grid that carries the electrical and electronic components that form the control circuit.

Electro-hydraulic unit for controlling the breaking pressure in a hydraulic braking system of a vehicle

The invention is directed to a piston pump for a hydraulic vehicle brake system. For simple and inexpensive manufacturability, the piston pump embodies an outlet conduit as a groove in a sleeve bottom and a sealing part. As a result, the sleeve and the sealing part can be manufactured in a non-cutting manner by means of forming. Another advantage of letting the outflow conduit into the sleeve bottom is that the outlet conduit is disposed a small distance in the axial direction from a valve seat of an outlet valve, which counteracts noise production.

A piston pump for a hydraulic brake system for a vehicle with a slip control system. For economical production, the piston pump includes a piston as a composites part with a core of steel that is surrounded by a lubricant jacket of plastic. By way of example, the lubricant jacket is applied to the core by spray-coating, or is pressed onto the core or slipped onto the core. The lubricant jacket economizes by dispensing with expensive post-machining of the piston surface by grinding, for instance, and improves the sliding properties of the piston.
