A rotor device () for an electric machine () has a rotatably supported shaft () and a rotor hub () connected to the shaft () in a rotationally fixed manner. The shaft () has multiple radially outwardly facing shaft protrusions (), and the rotor hub () has multiple radially inwardly facing hub protrusions (). A shaft protrusion () and a respective hub protrusion () abut one another in a touching manner in the radial direction at least in sections. Cavities () are formed between the rotor hub () and the shaft (). The cavities () extend between adjacent shaft protrusions () and the hub protrusions () lying thereon. The cavities () are grouted with a material (). The material () forms form-fit elements () that block relative movement of the rotor hub () and the shaft () in a form-fit manner.

A stator for an electric machine includes a laminated stator core having stator slots arranged along an axial direction parallel to a stator axis, electric conductors arranged in the stator slots; and fluidtight slot insulators arranged in the stator slots between the electric conductors and the laminated stator core, wherein the slot insulators each have a cooling channel spaced apart from the electric conductors in a radial direction arranged orthogonally to the axial direction.

A stator of an electric machine includes: a laminated stator core having sheet-metal blanks, which have slots; and stator windings, which are arranged in the slots of the laminated stator core together with slot insulation, such that, within the slots, a respective slot insulation is positioned between the sheet-metal blanks and the stator windings in order to electrically insulate the stator windings from a sheet-metal material of the sheet-metal blanks, and such that, when viewed in an axial direction, the stator windings protrude from the slots, project laterally with respect to the laminated stator core, and form winding overhangs laterally adjacent to the laminated stator core. When viewed in a radial direction, coolant flow channels are formed radially on an inside and/or radially on an outside, directly adjacent to the slots accommodating the stator windings. The stator windings accommodated in the slots of the laminated stator core are impregnated.

A method for producing a stator includes: providing a main body, the main body having: a cavity for accommodating a rotor, and a plurality of slots, extending axially through the main body, the plurality of slots accommodating electrical conductors of a winding, providing slot insulation so as to ensure that a slot interior of each slot of the plurality of slots is electrically insulated from the main body and is fluidtight; and forming a respective end plate on each of two ends of the main body, the end plates being attached in a fluidtight manner to the main body so as to ensure that no fluid can get between the end plate and the main body and reach the cavity of the main body. Each end plate has a radial part and an axial part, and the axial part has an insert.

An electric machine for a vehicle includes: a stator body, the stator body having, in an alternating manner, stator teeth and stator grooves with conductor elements which are arranged therein, and a yoke section with a radially extending yoke height on the stator body radially outside the stator grooves and the stator teeth, the stator body having a stator outer radius. A ratio of the yoke height in relation to the stator outer radius is between 0.20 and 0.28.

A drive train () has an electric machine () with a stator (), an inverter () and a connection housing () with a coolant chamber () in which an electric conductor () for connecting a directly liquid-cooled stator winding () of the stator () to the inverter () is arranged. The coolant chamber () is open in a liquid-permeable manner toward a stator chamber () of the stator () at an opening (). The electric conductor () is guided out of the coolant chamber () to the inverter () at a leadthrough (), and the leadthrough () is sealed in a liquid-tight manner. Described is a method for producing a stator, in particular for electric motors. In a first step, a plurality of flexible electrical conductors are combined to form a conductor bundle. In a second step, two end regions of the conductor bundle are pressed in such a way that a central region of the conductor bundle formed between the two end regions remains flexible. A method for generating driving instructions for the driver of an electrically driven vehicle includes the following steps: (a) acquire route information for at least one route section of a driving route lying ahead of the vehicle, (b) determine temperature information, acting in a temperature-varying fashion on at least one drive component, for the at least one route section on the basis of the route information, and (c) output a driving instruction to the driver on the basis of the temperature information for the at least one route section.
