A method for the production of filaments (A) capable of being thermoregulated includes the steps of: —feeding a material to be extruded and a pair of wires (B) in electrically conductive material to an extrusion head (); —extruding the material to be extruded and, at the same time, promoting the escape of the pair of wires (B) from the extrusion head () in such a way that the material to be extruded winds the pair of wires (B); —during the extrusion, generating at least a coupling portion (Y) of the filament (A), wherein the pair of wires (B) is electrically connected.

Method for the production of extruded filaments with conductive elements

An extruder for multi-lumen tubular products with multi-coronal arrangement comprises a main body () defining a passage cavity () and an average outflow direction (), as well as an input surface () and an exit surface () respectively formed on opposite faces of the main body () and defining respective entry areas afferent to and efferent from the passage cavity (); the extruder further comprises an expansion portion () associated with the exit surface () and adapted to mutually orient spontaneous expansive flows of said extrusion material through the exit surface () in reciprocal directions of mutual intersection.

Extruder device for multi-lumen tubular products

Described is a dry calibration device for extruders comprising a calibration head () having a calibration duct (); the device also comprising a heat exchange jacket () positioned in contact with the calibration head () and suction means () associated with the calibration duct (), while the heat exchange jacket () comprises a thermally conductive element () positioned in contact with an outer surface () of the calibration head and forming a contact surface () extending continuously along a longitudinal axis (A) of extension of the calibration head ().
