The present invention relates to a test system and method for a biomass-based blended fuel. The system comprises a feeding device, a mixing tank, a light-sensing device, and a control device; the feeding device comprises at least two fuel bottles; the fuel bottle is connected to the mixing tank by means of an oil pipe; the correspondingly connected oil pipe of each fuel bottle is provided with a flow valve; the light-sensing device comprises a laser disposed above the mixing tank, a light-reflecting mechanism disposed at the bottom in the mixing tank, and a light-sensing mechanism disposed at one side of the light reflecting mechanism; the output end of the light-sensing mechanism is signaled with the input end of the control device; the input end of the laser and the input end of the flow valve is separately signaled with the output end of the control device.

The invention discloses a metal nanoparticles/nanocellulose composites-based non-enzymatic electrochemical glucose sensor, comprising a three-electrode system composed of a working electrode, a counter electrode, and a reference electrode. The surface of the working electrode is coated with a metal nanoparticles/nanocellulose composites. The surface of the nanocellulose is modified with a strong cationic conducting polymer. The invention promotes the sensitivity and selectivity of glucose sensing with the linear range of 4 &#x3bc;M-15 mM and the detection limit of 1.4 &#x3bc;M. Therefore, the sensor possesses high sensitivity, high response speed, stable performance and high anti-interference ability. The preparation method of the metal nanoparticles/nanocellulose composites-based non-enzymatic electrochemical glucose sensor is simple and the cost is low. And enzyme is introduced into the preparation process.

This invention belongs to the field of biomass energy utilization at the large scale. A material stirring device for a biomass bin includes a transmission mechanism, a main stirring mechanism, and an auxiliary stirring mechanism. The main stirring mechanism includes a cylinder connected to the transmission mechanism. The outer wall of the cylinder is provided with a hollow stirring rod. The auxiliary stirring mechanism includes a rotating shaft vertically penetrating through the hollow stirring rod. Both ends of the rotating shaft are provided with stirring blades and the rotating shaft is connected to the transmission mechanism. That the stirring device is easily damaged due to too high density of the biomass material is overcome through the automatic conversion adjustment of the main and auxiliary stirring mechanisms. The continuous discharge efficiency of the biomass bin is improved by the organic integration of over and partial stirring.
