A stepwise gas distribution and graded oxygen supplementation device for distribution of high-ratio circulating flue gas is provided. The circulating flue gas distribution main pipe includes stepped sections communicated with each other in sequence, and pipe diameters of the stepped sections are reduced in sequence along a flue gas moving direction. The circulating flue gas distribution branch pipes are each in communication with and arranged at one side of the corresponding stepped section. The flue gas sealing cover is in communication with gas outlet ends of the circulating flue gas distribution branch pipes. The oxygen supplementing devices are arranged in the circulating flue gas distribution branch pipes needing to increase oxygen content. The oxygen supply device is in communication with gas inlet ends of the oxygen supplementing devices.

Disclosed in the present invention are a device system and method having sintering flue gas CO catalytic heat exchange and medium-and-low-temperature SCR denitration connected in series. In the device system, a CO catalytic heat storage and exchange device is arranged to completely replace an original heat exchanger arranged after a raw desulfurized flue gas pipe. The method comprises respectively carrying out first CO catalytic conversion and second CO catalytic conversion on sintering flue gas and denitrated flue gas by means of the CO catalytic heat storage and exchange device, thereby increasing CO conversion efficiency and reducing overall resistance of the system. In addition, the present invention takes both CO pollution control and carbon emission reduction into consideration and thus has good economic benefits and a good application prospect.

When evenly mixed by the mixing buffer tank (), ozone is injected into a flue (') via the ozone distributor (); and, an oxidized flue gas is introduced into the CFB reactor tower (), where NOx, SO, and SOin the flue gas are reacted with a Ca-based absorbent under the action of atomized water in the reactor tower, thus implementing simultaneous removal of SOand NOx.
