Various aspects of the present disclosure relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a client may receive an observed environmental vector feedback configuration associated with a reporting procedure for reporting updates corresponding to at least one observed environmental vector that is based at least in part on one or more features associated with an environment of the client, wherein the observed environmental vector comprises input for a first machine learning component that determines client specific parameters for use by a second machine learning component. The client may transmit an update corresponding to the at least one observed environmental vector based at least in part on the observed environmental vector feedback configuration. Observed environmental vector feedback for wireless communication

Techniques are described for wireless communication. A method for wireless communication at a user equipment (UE) includes identifying, while the UE is in a connected mode with a network, a radio resource configuration of the UE, selecting a dedicated set of resources for the UE or a common set of resources for a plurality of UEs based at least in part on the identified radio resource configuration, and transmitting a pilot signal to the network using the selected set of resources. Methods for wireless communication at a network access device and a network access device controller are also described.

Techniques for providing uplink-based mobility

Bandwidth part (BWP) switching may benefit a wireless communications system. Such BWP switching may include indication of one or more timing parameters used for time domain resource allocation. For example, the timing parameters may be indicated based on an index to a look-up table (e.g., a bit field in a control transmission). In some cases, one or more tables may be configured for a given BWP, and different tables may contain a different number of rows. The size of the bit field indexing the table may in turn depend on the number of rows. When switching from a first BWP to a second BWP, the size of the bit field may be based on the table of the first BWP, but the bit field may index the table of the second BWP. Techniques supporting improved timing parameter management during BWP switching are discussed herein.

Timing parameter management for bandwidth part switching

Certain aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communications, and more specifically, coverage enhancements for physical broadcast channel (PBCH). According to certain aspects, a method is provided for wireless communications by a user equipment (UE). The method generally includes receiving a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) transmission, receiving a different type downlink transmission, with transmit power boosted relative to the PDSCH transmission, receiving information regarding relative transmit power of the PDSCH transmission relative to a common reference signal (CRS) based on the transmit power of the different type downlink transmission, and processing the PDSCH transmission based on the information.

Coverage enhancements for physical broadcast channel (PBCH)

Disclosed are techniques for wireless communication. In an aspect, a first network node determines at least one positioning measurement based on a channel estimate of a positioning reference signal (PRS) transmitted by a second network node, and obtains measurement error feedback for at least the at least one positioning measurement, wherein the measurement error feedback is based on an expected positioning measurement corresponding to the at least one positioning measurement, and wherein the expected positioning measurement is based on a location of the first network node and a location of the second network node.

Full-duplex communication techniques are described. Some aspects may utilize full-duplex-slot formats, such as may be provided in addition to or in the alternative to uplink, downlink, and flexible slot formats. A full-duplex slot implemented in accordance with a full-duplex-slot format provides a slot in which the frequency band may be used for both uplink and downlink transmissions. Downlink and/or uplink transmissions of a full-duplex slot may occur in overlapping frequency bands or in adjacent frequency bands. A first wireless device may transmit slot signaling comprising one or more full-duplex-slot-indicator parameters. A second wireless device may base one or more full-duplex slot configuration determinations on a full-duplex-slot configuration. The second wireless device may apply one or more full-duplex-slot-indicator-parameter rules with respect to full-duplex-slot-indicator parameters for determining a full-duplex-slot format. Full duplex communication techniques

Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for remote interference mitigation between base stations using reference signals. Certain aspects provide a method for wireless communication by a first base station (BS). The method includes receiving a reference signal (RS) from a second BS. The method further includes performing interference measurement corresponding to interference from the second BS based on the RS being associated with the second BS.

A method and apparatus for downlink and uplink control management of component carriers during carrier aggregation in a new radio wireless communication system is disclosed. For example, the method and apparatus include receiving, at a user equipment (UE), a slot format indicator in at least one slot of at least one component carrier of a plurality of component carriers from a network entity, where the at least one component carrier includes a group common Physical Downlink Control Channel (PDCCH), the slot format indicator within the group common PDCCH indicating at least slot structure information for one or more other component carriers from the plurality of component carriers; and communicating, with the network entity, using the at least slot structure information for the one more other component carriers.

Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In some systems, a user equipment (UE) may receive one or more messages scheduling a first uplink transmission over a first physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) resource on a first component carrier and a second uplink transmission over a second PUCCH resource on a second component carrier and, if the first PUCCH resource and the second PUCCH resource overlap in time, the UEmay transmit the first uplink transmission and the second uplink transmission using spatial relation information in accordance with a spatial relation configuration that is dedicated for selecting spatial relation information for simultaneous PUCCH transmissions on different component carriers. A network entity may configure the UE with spatial relation information for the overlapping PUCCH resources and the UE may select spatial relation information to use for the simultaneous uplink transmissions in accordance with the spatial relation configuration.

Disclosed are techniques for communication. In an aspect, a first UE determines information (e.g., from an external device, or via the first UE's own energy sensing) associated with scheduled uplink transmissions on a set of symbols by a second UE. The first UE performs measurements on at least some of the scheduled uplink transmissions during a first subset of the set of symbols where no DL signals are received by the first UE. The first UE receives at least one DL signal during a second subset of the set of symbols, and mitigates interference associated with the at least one DL signal based on the measurements.

Mitigation of interference at a first user equipment based on information of scheduled uplink transmissions by a second user equipment

Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive, from a base station, an indication that a cell associated with the base station does not support reduced capability UEs, wherein the UE is capable of operating in a first mode that is associated with reduced capability UEs and a second mode that is not associated with reduced capability UEs. The UE may communicate, in the second mode, with the base station to establish a connection with the cell based at least in part on at least one of: the UE supporting one or more capabilities associated with connecting with the cell, or no cells that support reduced capability UEs being available. Numerous other aspects are described.

Reduced capability user equipment operations

Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive, from a base station, a downlink control information message including an indicator that dynamically indicates bundling of one or more feedback messages. The UE may determine a bundled feedback based on the indicator. In some examples, the UE may determine the bundled feedback from a set of feedback messages corresponding to a set of downlink data messages. The bundled feedback may include fewer feedback bits than a number of feedback bits included in the set of feedback messages. The UE may then transmit the bundled feedback based on bundling being enabled by the indicator.

Dynamic bundling for feedback

Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may detect an out-of-coverage scenario based at least in part on determining that a synchronization source associated with a wireless network is unavailable or has a signal strength that fails to satisfy a threshold. The UE may transmit, on a sidelink channel, a sidelink synchronization signal in a transmission period that includes a plurality of synchronization signal occasions based at least in part on the out-of-coverage scenario. In some aspects, the UE may transmit the sidelink synchronization signal according to a reduced duty cycle that causes the sidelink synchronization signal to be transmitted during fewer than all of the plurality of synchronization signal occasions. A method that may be performed by a user equipment (UE) includes obtaining an indication to change at least one of a minimum control-channel-to-data-channel delay or a bandwidth for receiving a first transmission on a BWP; changing the at least one of the minimum control-channel-to-data-channel delay to a new minimum control-channel-to-data-channel delay or the bandwidth on the BWP to a new bandwidth; and receiving the first transmission on the BWP using the at least one of the new minimum control-channel-to-data-channel delay or the new bandwidth of the BWP.
