A power tool device comprises a housing, a transmission mechanism installed in the housing, and an adapting mechanism deployed with a tool head, a switch member adopted for manipulating the attachment and detachment between the transmission mechanism and the adapting mechanism in a steady and safety manner. Therefore, that the operator only needs to carry a variety of tool heads and a power tool device is ample enough to deal with most of the situations which makes it much easier for the operators to work in a high flexibility and efficiency fashion.

An external circulation ball screw includes: a screw shaft; a nut sleeved on the screw shaft and including a through hole having an opening end; and a return member mounted on the nut, and including a return groove having a return section and a continuation section, one end of the return section connected to the through hole including a connecting end which abuts against the opening end. The opening end and the connecting end are non-tangentially connected, the return section circles around a reference point, the outer wall surface of the return section is arc-shaped and centered on the reference point, a distance between the outer wall surface and the reference point is a radius of curvature, and the radius of curvature is greater than or equal to 1.2 times the ball diameter, but is less than or equal to 1.5 times the ball diameter.

External circulation ball screw

A power tool comprises a handle, a head pivotally coupling to the handle, an operating member disposed on the head, a positioning element installed in the head and biased with an elastic element for fixing the head in a desired position relative to the handle. The operating member has a pressing portion and a receiving portion. While the operating member is in a first position, the pressing portion of the operating member abuts against the positioning element to press the positioning element to engage to the handle so that the head is fixed in position relative to the handle; while the operating member is in a second position, the elastic element is released to push the positioning element toward the receiving portion of the operating member so that the positioning element disengages from the handle and the head can pivot relative to the handle freely.

A tire-patching tool for patching a tire includes a shell, a barrel, a patch feeder, an elastic element, a hammer and an automatic valve. The barrel is connected with the shell. The patch feeder includes a first end inserted in the barrel and a second end for feeding a patch into a cut in the tire. The elastic element connects the patch feeder with the barrel. The hammer strikes the first end of the patch feeder in the barrel. The automatic valve is installed in the shell for controlling pressurized air for driving the hammer.

A pneumatic tool includes a shell with a chamber defined therein, a first passage communicated with the chamber and a second passage communicated with the chamber. A rotor is installed in the chamber for rotation when driven by pressurized air flowing into the chamber through the first passage. A shaft extends to the exterior of the shell from the rotor. A trigger is installed on the shell. A control device is put in the first passage and connected with the trigger for controlling the first passage. A muffler is put in the second passage. The muffler includes a plurality of balls.

Pneumatic tool

A power tool includes a sleeve, two pistons, a converter and a striker. The sleeve includes an axial aperture defined therein, a space communicated with the axial aperture, two grooves defined in the wall of the space and peripheral apertures communicated with the space. Oil flows into and from the space through the peripheral apertures. The pistons are put in the grooves. The converter is provided between the sleeve and the pistons for converting the rotation of the sleeve into rectilinear movement of the pistons. The striker is driven by the pistons.
