A furniture hinge includes an arm member, a casing, an inner link, an outer link, and a resilient device. The arm member includes at least one wall. The at least one wall includes a first mounting structure. The casing can be opened and closed with respect to the arm member. Each of the inner link and the outer link has two end portions respectively and pivotally connected to the arm member and the casing via shafts. The resilient device provides a resilient force acting between the casing and the arm member and includes a second mounting structure to be mounted to the first mounting structure.

Furniture hinge

A slide assembly includes a first rail, a second rail and at least one positioning device. The first rail has a first elongate body. The second rail is longitudinally slidable relative to the first rail and has a second elongate body. At least one of the first elongate body and the second elongate body has an installation hole. The at least one positioning device has a support member and a fixing member. The support member transversely extends through the installation hole so as to be transversely and movably connected to the at least one of the first elongate body and the second elongate body. The fixing member is fixed to a portion of the support member.

Slide assembly

A slide assembly includes a first rail, a second rail and at least one positioning device. The first rail has a first elongate body. The second rail is slidable relative to the first rail and has a second elongate body. At least one of the first elongate body and the second elongate body has an opening. The at least one positioning device has a support member and a dowel. The support member has a fixing portion and a resilient arm connected to the fixing portion. The fixing portion is fixed to the at least one of the first elongate body and the second elongate body. The dowel is disposed on the resilient arm and corresponds in position to the opening.

A hinge assembly includes a hinge cup, an arm, an installation member and a damping device. The hinge cup has a receiving space and a positioning hole communicating with the receiving space. The bottom wall of the receiving space has at least one first engaging part. The arm is pivotably connected to the hinge cup. The damping device is located in the receiving space and includes a damping member, a slide and a housing. One end of the damping member is mounted in the positioning hole. The damping member has a piston rod which is connected to the slide. The housing has at least one second engaging part which is engaged with the first engaging part on the bottom wall. When the arm is moved toward a closed position relative to the hinge cup, the arm pushes the slide to provide the damping force.

Hinge assembly with damping device

A hinge unit includes a hinge arm which defines a room in which a securing frame is installed. The securing frame includes two side panels with an engaging member connected therebetween. Each of the two side panels has an engaging portion on the inside thereof. The engaging member has a through hole and a protrusion extends from the periphery of the through hole. A damper has a body and a piston. The body has a front end portion having a recessed area, and a rear end portion having a protrusion. A fixing member connects the securing frame to the hinge arm. The piston extends through the through hole and the protrusion is engaged with the recessed area, the body of the damper is installed between the two side panels. The contact portion of the body contacts the engaging portion.

Device for installing damping member to hinge unit

A damping device for movable furniture parts includes a base, a movable member defining a path, a housing movably connected to the path and including a space and an opening which communicates with the space, a damper located in the space and including a cylinder and a piston rod which has one end inserted into the cylinder and the other end of the piston rod extends from the cylinder, a first threaded member connected to the cylinder including, a second threaded member connected to the first threaded member and located corresponding to the opening of the housing, an adjustment member movably connected between the base and the movable member. When rotating the second threaded member, a distance between the housing and the movable member is adjusted. When the adjustment member is adjusted, the relative distance between the base and the movable member is adjusted.

Damping device for movable furniture parts

A self-closing rail system includes a first rail, a second rail which is slidably connected to the first rail, and a self-closing device. The self-closing device includes an attachment member connected to the first rail and a guide portion extends longitudinally from the attachment member. A movable member is movably connected to the guide portion of the attachment member. An elastic member is connected between the attachment member and the movable member such that the elastic member applies a force to the movable member. A fixing member is connected to the second rail and has a pin which is connected to or disengaged from the movable member depending on the relative movement between the first and second rails.

Self-closing rail system

A multi-directional adjustment hinge includes a head plate, a connector, a locating plate, a pivot pin, a spring tongue, a first adjustment cam, and a second adjustment cam. The arm is provided with a cam portion and an insertion portion. The cam portion of the arm is connected to the head plate. The connector has a connection plate and an extension plate. The insertion portion of the arm and the connection plate are interlocked and interacting with the first adjustment cam. The locating plate is connected to the extension plate. The locating plate and the extension plate are interlocked and interacting by means of the second adjustment cam. The spring tongue penetrates and engages with the arm.

Multi-directional adjustment hinge

A hinge buffer device includes a casing, a slide, a buffer and an adjustment. The casing comprises a first end, a second end, a pair of lugs, a threaded hole, and a sliding trough. The lugs are disposed at two sides of the first end of the casing. The threaded hole is formed at the second end of the casing. The sliding trough is located between the first end and the second end of the casing. The slide comprises a compartment, a pair of sliding sections at respective sides to be engaged with the sliding trough of the casing. The buffer is a cylinder to be mounted in the compartment of the slide. The buffer comprises a piston rod secured to the slide. The adjustment is connected to the slide, and comprises a bolt to be engaged with the threaded hole of the casing.

Hinge buffer device

A coupling apparatus for a side panel and a face panel of drawers includes an elastic coupling assembly that has a base plate with first pivot lugs to receive a pin and couple with a torsional spring, a clip frame having second pivot lugs corresponding to the first pivot lugs to pivotally couple with the base plate and receive an elastic force from the torsional spring so that the clip frame and the base plate are clamped and closed constantly on the opening side. The clip frame has a stopping flange on an inner side, and the side panel of the drawer has a ridge latchable with the stopping flange for anchoring. The clip frame and the base plate may be pried open on the clamped side to couple on the side panel, then close and clamp automatically.

Coupling apparatus for a side panel and a face panel of drawers

A coupling structure for a sliding track and a mounting bracket includes a rear mounting plate and a frame shell. The frame shell has a front opening end which has one side forming a guiding notch. The front opening end further has an upper and a lower retaining flange on the upper edge and a lower edge, which form respectively a ramp at one end adjacent to the guiding notch. The upper retaining flange has a slit formed at another end so that the upper retaining flange becomes flexible and elastic to facilitate pressing of the sliding track. The sliding track has a retaining plate on the rear end to form an upper flange and a lower flange extending outside the sliding track. The flanges may slide transversely through the guiding notch to allow the sliding track to enter the frame shell and be moved longitudinally inwards for positioning.
