A miRNA marker for the treatment and/or diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease (AD), and the miRNA marker is a miRNA23 cluster. The miRNA23 cluster is used in the diagnosis and treatment of AD. The expression of the miRNA23 cluster is detected using primers for the microRNA marker through AD model cells, AD model animals and natural aging animals, and blood of AD patients, and it is found that the expression of the miRNA23 cluster is significantly reduced during the progression of AD, which reduces neuronal apoptosis by inhibiting the GSK-3β-mediated tau protein phosphorylation. Therefore, the miRNA23 cluster can be used as a novel biomarker and therapeutic target for the early, non-invasive diagnosis and treatment of AD.

The present invention relates to the use of glycosyl hydrolase family 61 polypeptides in the presence of cutinases for polyester textile manufacture as well as a textile composition comprising glycosyl hydrolase family 61 polypeptides and cutinases.

A method for determining an attitude of a star sensor based on a rolling shutter imaging is provided. The method comprises: optimizing a relation among an exposure time, a line readout time, an interline integral interval time and a frame processing time of an image for the rolling shutter imaging by using a rolling shutter model of an image sensor in the star sensor based on a line; predicting and extracting locations of M navigation stars comprised in a star map in the star sensor according to the optimized relation among the exposure time, the line readout time, the interline integral interval time and the frame processing time; and transferring an updated the attitude matrix and an updated angular velocity of the star sensor sequentially until a final attitude matrix and a final angular velocity of the star sensor are obtained.

Method for determining attitude of star sensor based on rolling shutter imaging

A method for measuring a precision of a star sensor and a system using the same may be provided. The method may comprise steps of: 1) fixing the star sensor on the Earth; 2) inputting a current time (T) of a measuring start time relative to a J2000.0 time; 3) determining a directional vector of the navigation star in a J2000.0 Cartesian coordinate system at the current time (T) according to a right ascension and a declination of the navigation star in the J2000.0 Cartesian coordinate system and visual movement parameters (&#x3b1;', &#x3b4;&#x2032;) of the navigation star in the direction of the right ascension and the declination which are stored in the star sensor; 4) converting the directional vector of the navigation star in the J2000.0 Cartesian coordinate system into a directional vector of the navigation star in an ecliptic coordinate system; 5) converting the directional vector of the navigation star in the ecliptic coordinate system into a directional vector (v) of the navigation star in a celestial coordinate system; and 6) converting the directional vector (v) of the navigation star in the celestial coordinate system into a directional vector (v) of the navigation star in a terrestrial coordinate system, and obtaining the precision of the star sensor based on the directional vector (v) of the navigation star in the terrestrial coordinate system.
