A method for inspecting twist of wire ropes is provided. The wire ropes support an elevator car, and each of the wire ropes includes a plurality of strands. The method is to be implemented by a processor and includes steps of: obtaining, for each of the wire ropes during movement of the elevator car, a number of strand segments that are present within a predetermined length of the wire rope; and comparing the numbers of strand segments that are obtained respectively for the wire ropes for analyzing the twist of the wire ropes, wherein the wire ropes are determined as having equal extent of twist when it is determined that the numbers of strand segments are identical, and the wire ropes are determined as having distinct extent of twist when it is determined that the numbers of strand segments are different from each other.

Method for inspecting twist of wire ropes

A drone includes a frame and a battery. The frame has a battery accommodation groove. The battery accommodation groove includes a first positioning component and a second positioning component. The first positioning component and the second positioning component are staggered along a first direction. The battery is received within the battery accommodation groove. The battery has a first positioning portion and a second positioning portion. The first positioning portion is matched with the first positioning component, and the second positioning portion is matched with the second positioning component. Therefore, an automatic exchange of batteries along the first direction can be implemented, and the advantages of reducing costs of space, time, and manpower can be achieved.

Drone and battery exchange system thereof

A meshed shell and a sandblasting method are provided. The meshed shell includes a first end portion, a second end portion opposite to the first end portion, a first annular portion, a second annular portion connected to the first annular portion, a first mesh portion between the first end portion and the first annular portion and a second mesh portion between the second end portion and the second annular portion. The weights of the first end portion and the second end portion are the same. A maximum inner diameter of the mesh of the first and second mesh portions is smaller than a penetration size of the component. Both of the sum of the weights of the first and second end portions and the sum of the weights of the first and second annular portions are greater than the sum of the weights of the first and second mesh portions.

Meshed shell and sandblasting method

An additive manufacturing method and an object manufactured thereby are disclosed. The object includes a first component and a second component pivotally connected to each other through a rotation shaft. A first engaging element of the first component and a second engaging element of the second component spatially correspond to each other. When the object is manufactured in a manufacturing space, the first component is close to the second component, and the first engaging element and the second engaging element are disengaged with each other. After the object is manufactured, the first component is rotated relative to the second component at an adjustment angle around the rotation shaft. The first engaging element and the second engaging element are engaged with each other and locked, to form a use space of the object larger than the manufacturing space. It is beneficial to achieve the purpose of reducing the required manufacturing space.

Additive manufacturing method and object manufactured thereby

A roller structure is disclosed and includes at least one roller unit. The roller unit includes a base, an elastic portion, a supporting portion and a rotating wheel. The base is configured to detachably assemble the roller unit on an accommodation seat. The base includes a first lateral edge. The elastic portion is disposed on the base and connected with the first lateral edge. The elastic portion includes a bent section having an end extending and bent from the first lateral edge. The supporting portion is disposed on the elastic portion and connected to the other end of the bent section. The rotating wheel is pivotally connected to the supporting portion. When the rotating wheel is pressed by a driving wheel, the supporting portion is driven to compress the elastic portion to move the rotating wheel toward the base, and the rotating wheel is driven to rotate relative to the supporting portion.

Roller structure

A clutch claw applied to a clutch structure having a rotating shaft includes a claw portion, a base portion and at least two elastic portions. The base portion is opposite to the claw portion and has a peripheral edge. The claw portion and the base portion are coaxially disposed on the rotating shaft. Each elastic portion is at least partly disposed around part of the claw portion to provide elastic force. Each elastic portion has a first end and a second end. The first end is connected with the base portion and extended from the peripheral edge, the second end is connected with the claw portion, and there is at least one bent section between the first end and the second end. Therefore, the collision damage is prevented, and the impact and friction generated when the clutch claw is instantaneously rotated is avoided, thereby achieving the advantage of reducing noise.

Clutch claw and clutch structure using same

A detection device is disclosed for detecting an abnormal object in a printing path. The detection device includes a first frame body, a first rotation shaft, two flexible portions and a detection module. The first rotation shaft is pivotally connected to the first frame body and has a first central axis. The two flexible portions are disposed at two opposite ends of the first rotation shaft along the first central axis, to provide an initial torque. Each flexible portion is connected between the first rotation shaft and the first frame body. The detection module includes a detection plate connected to the first rotation shaft. When the detection plate is forced by the abnormal object, the detection plate drives the first rotation shaft against the initial torque to rotate around the first central axis, so that the detection module detects the rotation of the first rotation shaft and the detection plate.

Detection device

An extrusion device of a three-dimensional printer comprises a housing, a nozzle, a ratchet, an idler and a cooling mechanism. The nozzle is connected with the housing, the ratchet is disposed in the housing, and the idler is disposed adjacent to the ratchet. A thermofusible material is jointly held by the ratchet and the idler, and is guided to be extruded through the nozzle. The cooling mechanism comprises an air pump and an air pipe. The air pipe is partially disposed in the housing and connected with the air pump for guiding the air extracted by the air pump to flow into the housing through the air pipe, thereby reducing an environment temperature inside the housing. Therefore, by disposing the air-guiding cooling mechanism, the advantages of enhancing the cooling effect and the printing quality are achieved.

Extrusion device of three-dimensional printer and cooling mechanism and cooling method thereof

The disclosure relates to a dual printhead assembly and a 3D printing apparatus. The dual printhead assembly includes a base, a printhead module and a switching module. The printhead module includes a positioning swing arm with a bearing disposed at the middle portion thereof, a first printhead unit and a second printhead unit fixed nearby two opposite edges of the bearing, respectively, and a fixing piece passing through the bearing to assemble the printhead module on the base. While a rotation shaft of the switching module is rotated to drive a first cam or a second cam to press an end or another end of an elastic sheet, a third or fourth connecting element disposed on the elastic sheet is driven to press an end or another end of the positioning swing arm, so as to adjust the height difference between the first printhead unit and the second printhead unit.

Dual printhead assembly and 3D printing apparatus using same

An extrusion device of a three-dimensional printer includes a ratchet, a spray head, an idler, a feeding wheel and an optical detection mechanism. The spray head and the idler are disposed adjacent to the ratchet. A thermofusible material is provided to the spray head by the feeding wheel. The optical detection mechanism includes a guiding element and an optical detecting assembly. The guiding element is disposed between the ratchet and the feeding wheel along a feeding path. The optical detecting assembly is disposed adjacent to the guiding element. The thermofusible material is guided by the guiding element and partially disposed on a detecting area. A waveband light is emitted to the detecting area by the optical detecting assembly. The image produced by the reflection of the waveband light reflected by the detecting area is detected by the optical detecting assembly. Therefore, the operation of the equipment is completely monitored.

An exposure molding device comprises an exposure tank, a working platform, and an optical system. The exposure tank has a first surface and a second surface. The working platform is disposed relative to the first surface. The optical system disposed relative to the second surface comprises a light emission element and an optical assembly. The light emission element emits light along an optical path. The optical assembly comprises a light transparent element, a first optical element, and a first transmission mechanism. The light transparent element is disposed on the optical path, the first optical element is disposed behind the light transparent element on the optical path, and the first transmission mechanism is disposed along a first direction and connected with the first optical element for driving the first optical element to move along the first direction. The molding range is expanded. The accuracy, velocity and quality of molding are enhanced.

Exposure molding device and exposure molding method thereof

A steel wire transmission system includes plural slide rail seats, plural slide rails, plural wheel sets corresponding to the plural slide rails, plural slide blocks, plural steel wires, plural guide rods and a printhead module. The plural slide rails are disposed on the corresponding slide rail seats. Each wheel set includes a driving wheel and a driven wheel corresponding to the driving wheel. The driving wheel and the driven wheel of each wheel set are fixed at two ends of the corresponding slide rail. Each slide block is sheathed around the corresponding slide rail and movable between the corresponding driving wheel and the corresponding driven wheel. The present disclosure relates to a printing platform supporting module and a three-dimensional printer using same. The printing platform supporting module comprises a supporting frame, the printing platform, a heating assembly, an adjusting module, and a printing plate. The heating assembly is disposed on the printing platform. The adjusting module is disposed on the printing platform and comprises a plurality of locking units. The printing plate has a working surface and a mounting surface opposite to the working surface. The mounting surface is urged against the heating assembly. The printing plate is removably disposed on the printing platform by means of a locking action and an unlocking action of the locking units.
