A connector includes: (i) an inner conductor engager comprising at least one tab being flexible to define an opening engager, (ii) a driver configured to drive the inner conductor engager to a desired position along the inner conductor, and (iii) a housing coupled to the inner conductor engager. The opening is configured to receive an inner conductor of a coaxial cable and extends through the entire inner conductor engager thus allowing the inner conductor to electrically connect to an interface port.

A coaxial cable connector is attachable to a coaxial cable. The connector may include a connector body, a coupler, and a slider. The connector body may include a forward end and a rearward end. The rearward end may be configured to receive a portion of a coaxial cable, and the connector body may be configured to receive at least a portion of the post. The coupler may be configured to be rotatably coupled to the forward end of the connector body, and the slider may be configured to receive the connector body. The slider may be configured to move relative to the connector body in a rearward direction from a first position to a second position and to compress a portion of the coaxial cable between the connector body and a post as a result of the slider being moved from the first position to the second position.

A coaxial cable connector is attachable to a coaxial cable. The connector may include a post, a connector body, a coupler, and a slider. The connector body may extend along an axis and include a forward end and a rearward end. The rearward end may be configured to receive a portion of a coaxial cable, and the connector body may be configured to receive at least a portion of the post. The coupler may be configured to be rotatably coupled to the post, and the slider may be configured to receive the connector body. The slider may be configured to move along the axis in a rearward direction from a first position to a second position and to compress a portion of the coaxial cable between the connector body and the post as a result of the slider being moved from the first position to the second position.

A coaxial cable connector includes a connector body extending along an axis and having a forward end and a rearward end. The rearward end is configured to receive a coaxial cable. A rearward end diameter is greater than a forward end diameter. A post is received by the connector body, and a coupler is rotatably coupled to the post. A slider receives the connector body and is positioned rearward of the coupler and between the forward and rearward ends of the connector body. The slider has an inner diameter that is less than the rearward end diameter and is configured to be slid along the axis from a first position to a second position. A portion of the coaxial cable is compressed between the connector body and the post as a result of the slider being slid from the first position to the second position.

A connector is attachable to a coaxial cable. The connector, in one embodiment, has a connector body, a sleeve, a fastener and a seal assembly. At least part of the seal assembly is configured to be removeably coupled to the sleeve.

A coaxial cable connector is attachable to a coaxial cable. The connector, in one embodiment, includes a compressible component, a coupler and a slider. The slider is configured to cause compression of the compressible component.

A coaxial cable connector is configured to connect a coaxial cable to a mating connector. The coaxial cable connector includes a connector body having a forward end and a rearward end opposite the forward end, the rearward end configured to receive a coaxial cable; an annular post disposed at least partially within the connector body; and a sleeve configured to be received within the connector body and movable from a first position to a second position relative to the connector body. The sleeve includes a collapsible portion configured to collapse radially inward in an asymmetric fashion toward the post as the collapsible sleeve is moved from the first position to the second position.

A connector body includes an inside surface, an outside surface, an intermediate portion, and a cable receiving end. An annular post is fixedly received within the connector body to form a cavity between the annular post and the inside surface of the connector body. The connector body and the post are configured to receive a portion of a coaxial cable in the cavity between the annular post and the inside surface of the connector body. A compression ring is positioned on the outside surface of the connector body. Movement of the compression ring from the intermediate portion of the connector body toward the cable receiving end of the connector body causes inward compression of the cable receiving end of the connector body to reduce a size of the cavity between the annular post and the inside surface of the connector body.

Security systems, including shields, adapters, and/or tools, for limiting access to a coaxial cable connector are provided. A shield comprises an outer shield configured to limit access to the coaxial cable connector. The coaxial cable connector comprises a fastener portion that is configured to be rotatable with respect to a body portion of the coaxial cable connector. The shield further comprises an adapter configured to be coupled to the outer shield. The adapter is configured to engage a side of the fastener portion of the coaxial cable connector. The adapter is further configured to engage a tool configured to rotate the adapter such that, when engaged with both the tool and the fastener portion of the coaxial cable connector, the adapter is configured to rotate the fastener portion of the coaxial cable connector upon rotation of the adapter by the tool.
