A non-transitory computer-readable medium can include instructions for performing a method that includes, in response to an activation user input at a mobile device associated with a teleconference event, automatically joining the mobile device to the teleconference event. The mobile device can join the teleconference event by retrieving stored call-in details for the teleconference event, and sending, from the mobile device to a remote proxy, the call-in details for the teleconference event. The method can also include connecting the mobile device to the teleconference event via a call path that is established in response to the sending.

Methods and systems to facilitate conferencing using mobile device

A mobile client can include a first voice interface to communicate over a first network and a second voice interface to communicate over a second network. The mobile client includes a data interface to perform signaling with a private branch exchange (PBX) of an enterprise system and a call control. The call control can determine that an established media session between the mobile client and a third party requires a handoff from the first network to the second network and signal the PBX to establish parameters for the handoff via the data interface. The call control can also perform the handoff of the established media session between the mobile client and the third party to the second network according to the parameters.

The problem report initiates a troubleshooting protocol between the diagnostic manager and the diagnostic supplicant.

A non-transitory computer readable medium can include instructions for performing a method. The method can include receiving, at a mobile client, an enterprise call from an enterprise system in response to an incoming call from a calling party to the enterprise system. The method can also include determining, at the mobile client, whether the enterprise call is anchored in the enterprise system. If the enterprise call is determined to be anchored in the enterprise system, a confirmation message can be provided from the mobile client to the enterprise system in response to the enterprise call being answered for voice communication at the mobile client.

The instructions can include call anchor logic programmed to determine if an outbound call leg being initiated from a mobile unit should be anchored at an anchor point based on evaluating anchoring criteria to input data. The call anchor logic can providing an anchor control signal to cause the outbound call leg to be one of (i) anchored at the anchor point or (ii) connected to a called party without anchoring at the anchor point. The anchor point can correspond to a node in an associated private network where the outbound call leg and another call leg are connected together that is outside of a service provider network for the mobile unit.

A method and implementation are disclosed for binding a mobile node to a subnet. The invention comprises steps and implementations for intercepting messages sent by a mobile node to a server, associating a predetermined subnet with the intercepted messages and forwarding the intercepted messages to the server. The invention intercepts reply messages sent by at least one server and selects reply messages that are associated with the predetermined subnet. The selected reply messages are forwarded to the mobile node, and reply messages that are not associated with the predetermined subnet are discarded.
