A system for creating an enclosed room, such as an office, in an open space that has a floor and a ceiling. The system includes a support frame that is self-supported on the floor of the open space. The support frame includes a series of head rails supported by a series of vertical columns resting on the floor. The vertical columns support a series of wall panels and the head rails support a ceiling such that the ceiling is supported by the support frame independent of the wall panels. The ceiling of the enclosed room is created by a series of ceiling panels and at least one air intake panel and at least one air exhaust panel. The air exhaust panel includes an exhaust fan that removes air from within the enclosed room and draws fresh air into the enclosed room. The ceiling can include a plurality of adjustable louvers and lighting.

Freestanding enclosed office with wall support structure

A wall panel system includes a first wall panel, a second wall panel, and a joint member that couples the first wall panel to the second wall panel. The wall panel system also includes an upper mounting assembly that couples to the first wall panel and the second wall panel such that the upper mounting assembly pivots with the first wall panel and the second wall panel.

Wall panel angled connector system

A demountable modular wall system for a building having a floor and a ceiling. The system includes panels having a top end and a bottom end with a movement direction defined perpendicularly therebetween. A height adjustment mechanism is positioned between the bottom end of one of the panels and the floor. The height adjustment mechanism has a mounting bracket that sandwiches the bottom end of the one of the panels. The height adjustment mechanism includes a receiving cylinder that threadingly engages with a first member. The first member also threadingly engages with a second member positioned between the first member and the floor. The first member is moveable relative to the receiving cylinder in the movement direction such that rotation of the first member selectively adjusts the height of the one of the panels.

Demountable wall system

A wall system includes a panel having a lower end, a panel assembly having an upper end, and a transition beam positioned between the panel and the panel assembly. The transition beam couples to the upper end of the panel assembly, and the transition beam defines a channel that receives the lower end of the panel to thereby couple the transition beam to the panel. The panel assembly includes a cladding panel having a rail projection, and the transition beam defines an engagement channel that receives the rail projection such that the cladding panel couples to the transition beam.

Glass and solid wall panel system

A demountable modular wall system including a series of individual glass panels that can be positioned adjacent to each other. Each of the individual glass panels is supported by a panel height adjustment mechanism that allows the height of each side of the glass panel to be adjusted. Each wall panel includes an upper trim section that is stationary relative to the movable glass panels. Each of the individual glass panels can include a stiffening channel to reinforce the vertical side edges of the glass panel. A vertical trim section can be attached to cover the panel joint between adjacent glass panels. A sliding door track can be attached to the top end of the wall panel to support a sliding door.

A wall panel system including a plurality of wall panels that can be positioned adjacent to each other. Each of the individual wall panels includes an attachment slot that is positioned between upper and lower panel sections. The attachment slot allows external components to be mounted to the wall panel. Each individual wall panel includes a height adjustment mechanism having a support block positioned within an open interior of a bottom cross support rail. The support block receives an adjustment rod that is rotatable to adjust the height of the wall panel. The support block of the height adjustment mechanism includes support flanges that support the weight of the wall panel. The top cross support rail includes an attachment slot that receives a door track for supporting a sliding door. The attachment slot that receives the door track corresponds to the attachment slot positioned between upper and lower panel sections.

A demountable modular wall system including a series of individual wall panels that can be positioned adjacent to each other. The demountable system includes a doorway defined by a pair of spaced vertical posts and a horizontal header. In one embodiment, a sliding glass door is movable along a sliding door track mounted to the horizontal header. A lower trim assembly mounted to the bottom end of the sliding glass door adjusts the overall height of the door. The doorway can also include a pivoting glass door. The pivoting glass door includes a bottom pivot assembly having a bottom clamp adjustably positioned along a bottom end of the pivoting glass door. The adjustable bottom clamp can be moved along the bottom end of the pivoting glass door and receives a pivot pin supported on the floor. A top pivot assembly includes a movable plunger that defines a portion of the pivot axis for the pivoting glass door.

Sliding door and pivoting door for demountable wall system

A demountable modular wall system including a series of individual wall panels that can be positioned adjacent to each other. The demountable wall system includes a doorway defined by a pair of spaced vertical posts and a horizontal header. In one embodiment, a sliding glass door is movable along a sliding door track mounted to the horizontal header. A lower trim assembly mounted to the bottom end of the sliding glass door adjusts the overall height of the door. The doorway can also include a pivoting glass door. The pivoting glass door includes a bottom pivot assembly having a bottom clamp adjustably positioned along a bottom end of the pivoting glass door. The adjustable bottom clamp can be moved along the bottom end of the pivoting glass door and receives a pivot pin supported on the floor. A top pivot assembly includes a movable plunger that defines a portion of the pivot axis for the pivoting glass door.
