The disclosure generally relates to autonomous or semi-autonomous driving vehicles. An exemplary embodiment of the disclosure relates to a system to provide one or more threat vectors to a cluster of vehicles. An exemplary vehicle detection system includes a communication module configured to receive a first threat vector from a first vehicle in a cluster of vehicles. The first threat vector may include a plurality of primary attributes associated with a moving object. The vehicle detection system may also include a detector module configured to detect the moving object and to provide one or more secondary attributes associated with the moving object; and a controller to construct a second threat vector as a function of one or more of the first threat vector, the primary attributes and the secondary attributes associated with the moving object.

Systems, methods and apparatus for determining predictive threat vectors in autonomous vehicle groups

The route segment may be one of a number of route segments defining at least one route from a starting location to a destination. The mobile computing device may determine a route from the starting location to the destination based on the network condition information. A mobile computing device may predict a future location of the device based on device context, determine a safety level for the predicted location, and notify the user if the safety level is below a threshold safety level. The device context may include location, time of day, and other data. The safety level may be determined based on predefined crime data.

A method for virtual guard rail implementation includes collecting user parameters, representing user limitations, for a computer simulation executed by a computer. Execution of the computer simulation is monitored for virtual content that exceeds the user parameters. The monitoring may be performed in real-time and prior to presentation of the content on a display to the user. Virtual content that exceeds the user parameters is replaced with virtual guard rail content that remains within the user parameters.

A technique allows a parentally attested security token to serve as authentication for a minor using identifying attributes of the minor child. The security token may include personally identifiable information about the child, a description of authorized activity as well as specifications of intended use of the security token. The security token may include provisions for authentication to be revoked by a parent or guardian and/or expire after a predetermined time. The security token may be stored inside a trusted execution environment of a portable computing device that may be carried by the minor and presented at physical locations where authentication is required.

In embodiments, an apparatus may include a sensor interface configured to interface with one or more sensors, disposed at one or more locations at one or more sides or in an interior space of a vehicle compartment, and configured to measure one or more indicators of air quality at the one or more locations. The apparatus may further include one or more airflow controllers configured to adaptively control a plurality of ventilation components of the vehicle compartment to regulate airflow in the interior space, based at least in part on the measured indicators of air quality. Adaptive interior air quality control apparatus and methods for vehicle compartment

A content device such as a digital video recorder may be coupled to a television and a viewer of the television may receive an incoming call on a wireless device such as a mobile phone while viewing content on the television. The content device and wireless device may be paired with each other and the wireless device may send a notification to the content device in response to detecting an incoming call. The content device may pause the program displayed on the television and then initiate recording of the program. The wireless device may send a second notification to the content device in response to ending the call and the content device may stop recording the program and resume the program on the television. The coordination between the content device and the wireless device and the television may be based on the context awareness and independent of the user intervention.
