Disclosed are systems and methods for coupling a first component to a second component via an integrated fastener. The component assembly includes a first component having a first surface and a second surface. An integrated fastener extending from the second surface and configured to attach the first component adjacent to the second component. The first component and the integrated fastener are formed as a unitary structure using, for example, an additive manufacturing process. The integrated fastener can include a clip assembly with one or more retention features extending outwardly from the integrated fastener at an end opposite the first component.

Integrated fastener system

A clip assembly is configured to securely connect a first structural component to a second structural component. The clip assembly may include an arc attachment member and an arc-receiving member. The arc attachment member may include a securing arc having a semi-circular rim. The arc attachment member is configured to be secured to one of the first or second structural components. The arc-receiving member may include an arc-receiving portion configured to receive the securing arc through multiple directions. The arc-receiving member is configured to be secured to the other of the first or second structural components. The securing arc is configured to be pivotally adjusted with respect to the arc-receiving portion.

Arcuate clip assembly

A fastener assembly is configured to secure a tubular member to a structure. The fastener assembly may include a stud retainer configured to receive and retain a fastener that is configured to securely fasten the assembly to the structure, a tube-retaining section having interior walls that define a tube channel configured to receive the tubular member, and an adaptable tube-engaging member extending into the tube channel. The adaptable tube-engaging member is configured to securely engage a portion of the tubular member.

Tube-retaining assembly

A stud retainer assembly includes a housing defining a stud chamber, and at least one stud-retaining arm disposed within the stud chamber. The at least one stud-retaining arm includes a stud engagement member comprising first and second teeth configured to engage a stud. The second tooth is recessed back with respect to the first tooth.

Stud retainer assembly

An isolating clip for holding tubes, fluid lines and the like is provided with a rigid outer shell and a flexible insert. The insert includes an outer body and a tube seat suspended from the outer body by flexible connectors. Bumpers can be provided in the space between the outer body and tube seat to limit deflection of the tube seat.

Conductive floating pipe assembly clip

A stud retainer is configured to securely retain a fastening stud. The stud retainer includes a base integrally connected to beams that are in turn integrally connected to a wall opposite the base. A stud retainer chamber is defined between the base, the beams, and the wall. A vibration-damping interface extends outwardly from the beams. The vibration-damping interface may include a plurality of fingers. The stud retainer may also include at least one flexible brace extending from said wall toward said base.

Vibration isolating vehicle attachment assembly

A ratcheting clip includes a center section, a male end and a female end, the female end having a top half and a bottom half. The male end is configured to be inserted into the female end between the top and bottom half so that opposing sets of teeth hold the male end and female end together. To prevent inadvertent disengagement of the opposing sets of teeth, the male end includes a retaining surface that is configured to interface with a track disposed in the top half of the female end. Once the male end is inserted into the female end, the interface between the retaining surface and the track prevents lateral forces from causing one end to move in a lateral direction with respect to the other end. The interface between the retaining surface and the track further prevents the top half from being lifted upward away from the male end.
