An electronic lock with a lock assembly that includes a bolt movable between an extended position and a retracted position. The electronic lock includes a motor configured to drive the bolt between the extended position and the retracted position. A controller is provided that is configured to control actuation of the motor to selectively move the bolt between the extended position and the retracted position. The electronic lock includes a user interface configured to output information about the electronic lock. A misalignment scoring means is provided for detecting interference to movement of the bolt between the extended position and the retracted position and determining a lock misalignment score based on the detected interference. The user interface identifies the lock misalignment score.

An electronic lock that requires the user complete a wear leveling action prior to entering in the passcode. The wear leveling action causes the user to touch one or more portions of the touch interface that may not be associated with the passcode to distribute wear of the touch interface. These area(s) of the touch interface selected for the wear leveling actions could be determined based on a pseudorandom number generator and/or by tracking usage of the touch interface to identify less used areas.

Some embodiments concern a method of transmitting electrical signals. The method can include: using a global positioning satellite receiver to determine a first location of a first electrical device; using a first transmitter to transmit the first location to a first server; using a receiver to receive information identifying at least one first unused frequency at the first location from the first server; selecting a first transmission frequency from the at least one first unused frequency; and communicating the first transmission frequency to a user. In some embodiments, a connectivity device is configured to provide electrical power to a first electrical device and facilitate communications between the first electrical device and at least one second electrical device. The connectivity device further is configured to couple to a cigarette lighter and an external electrical power source. The connectivity device can include: (a) a first removable cigarette lighter adapter having: (1) a first electrical output interface; and (2) a power interface configured to removably couple to the cigarette lighter; (b) a base module having: (1) at least one first interface; (2) a second interface configured to removably couple to the first electrical output interface of the first removable cigarette lighter adapter and configured to also couple to the external electrical power source; (3) a third interface configured to removably couple to the first electrical device; and (4) a first control configured to receive operational instructions for the first electrical device.
