A valve device for controlling a bypass of an exhaust-gas turbocharger may include a valve disc for opening and closing a bypass opening of a turbine, and the bypass opening may be surrounded by a valve seat. A mandrel may protrude on a rear side of the valve disc. An adjusting lever for pivoting the valve disc may be connected with the mandrel. The adjusting lever may have a through opening that may be pierced by the mandrel. The through opening may be radially limited by an interior surface of the adjusting lever. At least one spring element may be arranged in the through opening, and the at least one spring element may subject the mandrel to a radial force.

Valve device

An actuating device for a valve of an exhaust-gas turbocharger may include a lever arm and a flap plate connected to one another for closing and opening the valve. The flap plate may have a concave recess, and the lever arm may have a spherical region configured in a complimentary manner to the concave recess of the flap plate. A holding device may be disposed on the flap plate and engage around the spherical region of the lever arm to secure the flap plate on the lever arm. The holding device may include at least two holding elements and a connecting element that connects the at least two holding elements.

The invention relates to a turbine (), in particular of an exhaust gas turbocharger, having a turbine rotor (), which is rotatably mounted in a housing (), with which at least one radial inlet channel () for a guide apparatus () forming a medium which drives the turbine rotor () is associated, wherein said guide apparatus () has multiple guide vane bearing rings (), which radially enclose said turbine rotor () and have guide vanes () which lie in said inlet channel (), and a guide vane cover ring (), and wherein said inlet channel () is axially delimited by said guide vane bearing ring () and said guide vane cover ring () and said guide apparatus () is mounted in the housing () so it is axially and/or radially movable for material relaxation. Furthermore, the invention relates to an exhaust gas turbocharger, in particular for a motor vehicle.

Turbine, particularly for an exhaust gas turbocharger, and exhaust gas turbocharger

An exhaust gas turbocharger, comprising: a turbine rotor rotatably mounted in a housing, which is associated with at least one guide apparatus forming a radial inlet channel, wherein the guide apparatus includes at least one of a guide vane bearing ring, a plurality of guide vanes radially surrounding the turbine rotor and located in the inlet channel and a guide vane cover ring. The inlet channel is axially delimited by the guide vane bearing ring and the guide vane cover ring wherein the guide vane bearing ring and the guide vane cover ring are moveably mounted at least one of axially and radially relative to each other and to the housing. The guide apparatus is subjected to at least one of an axial and radial preload, wherein a line of axial preload flux runs through the guide apparatus substantially parallel to the rotational axis of the turbine rotor.

Turbine, in particular for an exhaust gas turbocharger, and exhaust gas turbocharger

The guide blades provided for the variable turbine geometry are adjustably arranged within a radial gap through which gases can flow on a moveable carrier ring, which is axially clamped against stops on or in the radial gap with a thrust spring device. According to the invention, the thrust spring device loads the carrier ring on the positions closely adjacent to the stops. The thrust spring device is designed open without sealing function and if applicable combined with a separate seal without thrust function.

Turbocharger with variable turbine geometry

Charging equipment is disclosed, comprising a variable turbine geometry, and a plurality of guide vanes rotatably mounted between at least one of a guide vane carrier, a cover disc and a turbine housing. The guide vane carrier is positioned on at least one of the cover disc and on the turbine housing by at least one spacer. The geometry has at least two different types of flow channels, a first flow channel wherein flow is influenced by the spacer, and a second flow channel wherein flow is not influenced by the spacer. The first flow channel guide vanes have a radial distance (R) to a turbine wheel axis, and to a distance from an adjacent guide vane are configured and adjusted such that a gas flow from the first flow channel meeting the turbine wheel corresponds to a gas flow from the second flow channel meeting the turbine wheel.

Charging equipment

A turbocharger () with a variable turbine geometry (VTG), includes a guide baffle (), which has a blade bearing ring () with a plurality of guide blades (), each of the latter having a blade shaft () that is mounted on the blade bearing ring (). The guide baffle also has an adjusting ring (), which interacts with the guide blades () by means of associated blade levers (), which are fixed to the blade shafts () by one of their ends (). The other end () of each blade lever () is provided with a lever head (), which can be engaged in an associated engagement recess () of the adjusting ring (). Each blade lever () is asymmetrical and has a bearing lug () in the form of an arched segment on only one side of the central section ().
