An arrangement for lubricating the bearing surfaces between a tool of a hydraulic impact device and the impact device, the arrangement comprising a supply pump and a channel for supplying lubricant. The arrangement comprises at least two separate channels (), and both channels comprise a separate dosing pump () which supply predetermined amounts of lubricant between the bearing surfaces when the impact device starts.

A breaking apparatus, which comprises a percussion device ( ), and in the extension thereof, a tool ( ) to which a percussion piston ( ) belonging to a percussion device delivers impacts. In the axial direction, the movement of the tool is limited by a stopper element ( ) if the movement of the tool exceeds a predetermined range of movement (B) in the direction of the impact (A). The stopper element ( ) is a piece made of elastic material, which is arranged in a space between the tool and a supporting surface ( ). During the stopping of the tool, the capacity of the space for the stopper element reduces, whereby the element is subjected to pressing. By the effect of the tool movement, the stopper element thus rotates about its cross-sectional central axis ( ) and at the same time changes its cross-sectional shape in the reducing space. The invention further relates to a tool used in the above-described breaking apparatus.

Breaking apparatus and tool

The invention relates to an arrangement in connection with a hydraulic breaking apparatus, the arrangement comprising a housing (,) placed around a percussion hammer (,), and a changeable wearing element (,) arranged at the lower part of the housing. The wearing element (,) receives blows and forces directed at the lower part of the housing (,). The wearing element (,) is fastened in such a way that it can be detached and changed easily and rapidly, if required. Further, the structure of the breaking apparatus may also be such that when the wearing element (,) is removed, it is possible to carry out the maintenance and repair operations of the lower frame (,) of the percussion hammer without disassembling the upper frame (,) of the percussion hammer.

Arrangement in connection with a hydraulic breaking apparatus

The invention relates to a hydraulic impact hammer, comprising a protective casing made of two side plates, and provided with attenuation elements for eliminating the noise and vibration caused by the impact hammer. According to the invention, the attenuation elements (5, 6) are arranged in the side plates (1, 2) of the protective casing, so that the attenuation elements (5, 6) can be compressed in at least three directions (X, Y, Z) of the housing (4) while fastening the side plates (1, 2) to each other.
