A swashplate-type axial piston machine includes a housing and at least one working channel extending through a distributor plate. The at least one working channel opens out at an outside on the housing at an associated working port. The at least one working channel includes a first section and a second section. The first section extends over the entire distributor plate. The second section is arranged entirely in the housing. The second section directly adjoins the first section. A first rotary bearing has an outer circumferential surface that defines a circular cylindrical reference cylinder about the axis of rotation.

Axial piston machine with high drive rotational speed

There is disclosed a hydrostatic axial piston machine having a pulse reduction device. This device has a connection location or tap in the transition region in front of the high-pressure-side kidney-like elongate hole of a distributor plate. The connection location or tap is connected by means of one or two hydraulically passively controlled switching valves to a high-pressure store. It is used for precompression and consequently for the pulse reduction. In a development, the distributor plate also has a connection location or tap in the transition region behind the high-pressure-side kidney-like elongate hole. The connection location or tap is connected via one or two hydraulically passively controlled switching valves to a low-pressure store. This is used for the decompression and consequently also for the pulse reduction.

Hydrostatic axial piston machine having pressure side change

A hydrostatic piston machine unit, which is in particular designed as a hydrostatic axial piston machine unit, comprises at least two driving mechanisms that can be driven synchronously and have displacement pistons which each perform a reciprocating motion in operation and are provided for delivery into a common pressure line. The hydrostatic piston machine unit has a jointly assigned precompression volume for the at least two driving mechanisms.

A hydrostatic axial piston machine includes a pressing pressure chamber for the cylinder drum which is supplied with pressing pressure from a circular-arc-like elongate hole of a distributor plate or from a plurality of connection channels of the cylinder drum. The pressing pressure chamber is delimited radially outwardly by the cylinder drum and radially inwardly by the drive shaft. The pressing pressure chamber is delimited axially at both sides by seals which are both arranged between the radially inner rotating drive shaft and a radially outer stationary component. The radially outer component may be the cylinder drum or, in the case of the distributor-plate-side seal, also a gap seal between the drive shaft and a bearing bush of the distributor plate. Both seals are arranged at the distributor plate side with respect to a tooth arrangement or a retraction ball.

Rotary axial piston machine with hydrostatic pressing device seal arrangement

A hydrostatic piston machine has an adjustment element that is adjustable for varying a displacement volume, and a rotating cylinder part having a plurality of cylinder bores with pistons that are supported on the adjustment element and delimit a displacement chamber. Each displacement chamber is moved in an alternating manner by a connecting opening to overlap a low-pressure control opening situated on a low-pressure side of a stationary control part and a high-pressure control opening situated on a high-pressure side of the control part. Two switching regions are situated between the low-pressure control opening and the high-pressure control opening, the pistons changing direction at a dead center within the switching regions. The position of the adjustment element is determined from a pressure profile which is a function of the variable size of the displacement chambers in a switching region, the variable size depending on the position of the adjustment element.

Hydrostatic piston machine

A swashplate-type axial piston machine includes a housing, a first pivot bearing received in the housing, a drive shaft rotatably mounted in respect of an axis of rotation, a cylinder drum, a control plate, a third control aperture in the plate, and a first channel arranged in the housing. The first pivot bearing delimits a first and second housing space from one another. The drum and the plate are arranged in the first housing space. The plate has at least a first and at least a second control aperture. The first aperture is in fluidic exchange connection with a first fluid connection on the housing. The second aperture is in fluidic exchange connection with a second fluid connection on the housing. The third aperture is arranged in the peripheral direction between a first and a second aperture. The first channel fluidically connects the third aperture to the second housing space.

Axial piston machine with pressure relief in the through drive space

A hydrostatic piston engine comprises a housing with a cylinder drum with cylinder bores mounted rotatably therein. Each of the cylinder bores receives a working piston in a longitudinally displaceable manner, via which a hydrostatic working chamber is delimited by the cylinder bore. The hydrostatic working chamber has an opening on an outer surface of the cylinder drum by which, when the cylinder drum rotates, outlets of a high-pressure chamber and of a low-pressure chamber of the piston engine and a reversing surface arranged between the two outlets in the rotational direction can be passed over in alternating fashion. At least one pressurizing medium channel is provided which, on one hand, opens out in the reversing surface and, on the other, into a pressurizing medium trough of the piston engine.

Hydrostatic piston engine

A hydrostatic axial piston machine includes a housing, a connection plate closing the housing, working connections formed on the connection plate, a drive shaft, a swashplate, a cylinder drum coupled to the shaft in the direction of rotation, bores formed in the drum and each including a piston, a control plate against which the drum bears, a retraction plate for removing a piston from the bores, and a retraction ball arranged in front of the first end face of the drum which surrounds a drum neck of the drum and the shaft and by which the retraction plate is loaded in the direction of the swashplate. A pressure chamber is defined by seals between the retraction ball, the drum, and the shaft, and is configured to be acted upon by a pressure above a housing pressure. The retraction ball is sealed against the drum neck and against the shaft.

Hydrostatic axial piston machine

A hydrostatic axial piston machine includes a cylinder drum having a substantially hollow cylindrical base body, and liners. The body includes cylinder bores located around a central axis. The liners have an outer diameter press-fitted into the bores such that an outer end face of each liner is positioned in a region of an opening of a respective bore, and such that an inner end face of each liner is positioned deep within the respective bore. An outer half of each liner, starting from the outer end face, includes an axially delimited circumferential recess in an outer casing surface of the liner. The machine is configured to operate with great forces acting between the liners and displacement pistons. The recess in each liner is shaped such that, in an axial section through the liner enclosing an axis of the liner, a depth of the recess increases more than once and decreases more than once.

A vibratory drive includes a pulse generator and at least one actuator. The actuator includes a first fluid chamber and a second fluid chamber, the volumes of which are adjustable in phase opposition. The first fluid chamber has a fluid connection to a third fluid chamber in the pulse generator. The second fluid chamber has a fluid connection to a fourth fluid chamber in the pulse generator. The third and fourth fluid chambers each have portions that are defined by linearly moveable defining elements. The pulse generator includes a rotor that rotates relative to a first axis of rotation and that defines respective portions of the third fluid chamber and the fourth fluid chamber. The defining elements are linearly moveable in the rotor. The pulse generator includes a coupling element that is separate from the rotor. The defining elements are coupled in their movement to that of the coupling element.

A sliding shoe for supporting a piston of a hydrostatic axial piston machine against a swash plate includes a sliding face that defines a central concentric pressure pocket that is flat in order to stabilize the sliding shoe. The pressure pocket has radial supply grooves in order to ensure an optimal supply of pressure medium to the pressure pocket from a central mouth opening. The radial supply grooves extend through the pressure pocket and as far as a circumferential groove which surrounds the pressure pocket.

Sliding shoe for a hydrostatic axial piston machine

A spring return apparatus for elastically prestressing sliding pads against a sliding bearing face of an axial piston machine. The sliding pads are positioned on working pistons mounted axially movably in cylinders of a cylinder barrel that drives a drive shaft including a spring plate and a supporting plate. The spring plate includes a ring region surrounding a central opening, and levers extending radially from the ring region. The levers are arranged spaced apart or distributed uniformly in the circumferential direction, and are elastically flexible and/or elastically pivotable in the axial direction. Every two adjacent levers delimit a receiving region for receiving a tapered section of a working piston or a sliding pad. The supporting plate has a circular ring-shaped supporting region configured to support radially outer end sections of the levers if the supporting plate is arranged concentrically with respect to and axially adjacently to the spring plate.

An axial piston machine in a swash-plate construction with an actuating device. The actuating device comprises a actuating piston and a mating piston. The actuating piston and the mating piston are connected to the swash plate each with the first end thereof and can be applied with the second end thereof with a force acting in the direction of the first end. For resetting the swash plate in the direction of a resting position, an elastic element is provided on the actuating piston and on the mating piston, which is supported on a spring bearing arranged on the first side facing the swash plate of the actuating piston or of the mating piston. In the other direction, the elastic element is supported on a second spring bearing arranged on the end facing away from the swash plate of the actuating piston or of the mating piston. When the swash plate is deflected from the resting position, the second spring bearing of the actuating piston or of the mating piston is supported on a counter bearing on the housing side. The second spring bearing of the respective other actuating bearing or mating bearing is supported on a counter bearing on the piston side.
