A heat exchanger module with a first block of a first heat exchanger, further with a second block of a second heat exchanger, and further with an expansion valve, wherein the first block, the second block and the expansion valve are designed as an interconnected module.

Heat exchanger module

A plate-type heat exchanger, in which plates are stacked on top of each other as a stack and connected to each other in a sealed manner, fluid channels being formed between adjacent plates in each case, the stack of plates being divided into a first stack region and a second stack region, the first stack region forming an evaporator having first fluid channels and second fluid channels, and the second stack region forming an internal heat exchanger having third fluid channels and fourth fluid channels.

Heat exchanger

A coaxial tube arrangement for a heat exchanger may include a coaxial tube and a closing cover. The coaxial tube may include an inner core channel and an outer annular channel. The closing cover may close the coaxial tube at a longitudinal end side. The closing cover may have a base region and a circumferential edge. The base region may be aligned transversely to a flow direction through the coaxial tube. The circumferential edge may be aligned with the flow direction and may face the coaxial tube. The circumferential edge may have a thickness, which is defined transversely to the flow direction, that is equal to or greater than a height of the annular channel, which is defined transversely to the flow direction. The circumferential edge may cover the annular channel transversely to the flow direction and may separate the annular channel from the core channel in a fluid-tight manner.

Coaxial tube arrangement

A stacked plate heat exchanger for a motor vehicle may include a plurality of elongated plates stacked on one another between which a plurality of cavities are disposed alternately for two media. The plurality of cavities may be respectively delimited by a respective plate of the plurality of plates zonally by a plate surface and a surrounding wall. The respective plate may include two flow openings, two passage openings, and two domes respectively arranged around one of the two passage openings. At least of one of the plurality of plates may further include an elongated separation shaping arranged on the plate surface, projecting into the respective cavity, and extending from the first short side between the two flow openings in a direction of the second short side. The separation shaping may adjoin the first short side at an angle &#x3b1; of 45&#xb0; to 90&#xb0;.

Stacked plate heat exchanger

A heat exchanger or chiller may include a heat exchanger block having a first fluid channel for a coolant and a second fluid channel for a refrigerant, an expansion valve for controlling a mass flow rate of the refrigerant, and a connection flange having an inlet channel and an outlet channel for the refrigerant. The expansion valve may be designed as an electronic expansion valve. The inlet channel may be connected to the second fluid channel in a transition region of the inlet channel. The connection flange may have an insertion opening, which may communicate with the transition region of the inlet channel, and into which the expansion valve may be inserted such that the expansion valve may control the mass flow rate of the refrigerant in the transition region and evaporation of the refrigerant may first occur in the second fluid channel.

Heat exchanger or chiller

A liner tube for an inlet channel of a plate heat exchanger may include an open front side for supplying a refrigerant mass flow, an at least partially closed rear side, and at least two bag-like chambers running in a longitudinal direction of the liner tube. Each chamber may communicate with the open front side, and may have openings at chamber-dependent different positions for distributing the refrigerant mass flow in plate stacks of the plate heat exchanger.

Liner tube for the inlet channel of a plate heat exchanger

A stacked plate heat exchanger may include a plurality of stacked plates stacked on top of one another, between which a plurality of hollow spaces for two media may be alternately defined. The plurality of stacked plates may include at least two first stacked plates and at least one second stacked plate. The plurality of stacked plates may respectively include at least one first passage opening surrounded by a dome and at least one second passage opening. The at least one second passage opening of the at least one second stacked plate may be surrounded by an annular bead. The at least one second stacked plate may be arranged between the at least two first stacked plates such that the dome of a lower first stacked plate, the dome of an upper first stacked plate, and the annular bead are connected to one another and define an immersion tube.
