A delivery system for delivering a stent-valve may include an inner shaft including a distal tip, a stent-valve crimped onto the inner shaft, a distal sheath disposed over at least a lower portion of the stent-valve, and a proximal sheath disposed over at least an upper portion of the stent-valve. The distal sheath has a proximal free end with an angled proximal edge defining a short side and a long side of the distal sheath. The proximal sheath is actuatable independently from the distal sheath, and moveable proximally to release the upper portion of the stent-valve. The distal sheath is moveable distally to release the lower portion of the stent-valve. The angled proximal edge releases a first side of the lower portion of the stent-valve before an opposite second side.

Stent-valve delivery system

A radiopaque anchor and delivery device system may comprise a pigtail catheter and a radiopaque anchor. The pigtail catheter may be a dual lumen catheter configured to deploy the radiopaque anchor and delivery a radiopaque fluid or contrast agent. The implantable radiopaque anchor may be slidably disposed within and deployable from a lumen of the elongate shaft. A method for deploying an implantable radiopaque anchor may include advancing a pigtail catheter through the vasculature to a target location; identifying an implant location; forming a channel in a tissue at the implant location; and deploying an implantable radiopaque anchor within the channel.

Radiopaque marker and delivery system

A system for treating mitral regurgitation may include an outer sheath having a lumen extending to a distal end of the outer sheath, an intermediate sheath slidably disposed within the lumen of the outer sheath, the intermediate sheath having a lumen extending to a distal end of the intermediate sheath, and an inner sheath slidably disposed within the lumen of the intermediate sheath, wherein the inner sheath includes a first anchor disposed within a lumen of the inner sheath, the first anchor being configured to penetrate and secure to a first papillary muscle. The intermediate sheath may include a tissue grasping mechanism at the distal end of the intermediate sheath, the tissue grasping mechanism being configured to hold and stabilize the first papillary muscle for penetration and securement of the first anchor to the first papillary muscle.

Percutaneous papillary muscle relocation

An implant system and method of delivery includes a catheter system including a sling catheter having a plurality of distal openings and a delivery catheter, disposed within the sling catheter and having a distal port. Suture coupled anchors may be sequentially delivered by the delivery catheter to a cardiac treatment site by aligning the port of the delivery catheter with different openings of the sling catheter and pushing the anchor through the port and the sling catheter to embed the anchor into cardiac tissue such as tissue of a papillary muscle. Each anchor may have a linear configuration for translation within the delivery catheter and a biased configuration that inhibits its reentry into the sling catheter once deployed. Once all anchors are deployed, the suture may be tightened, the anchored portion of the sling catheter may be detached, and the catheter system withdrawn.

Percutaneous sling for papillary muscle approximation

A mitral valve leaflet repair system may include a delivery catheter having at least one lumen extending proximally from a distal end of the delivery catheter, a plurality of anchor elements disposed within the at least one lumen, each of the plurality of anchor elements being configured to extend through one layer of mitral valve leaflet tissue, and a securing element configured to secure at least two of the plurality of anchor elements together on one side of the mitral valve leaflet tissue. The at least one lumen may include a suction lumen configured to grasp a mitral valve leaflet prior to extending the plurality of anchor elements through one layer of mitral valve leaflet tissue.

Percutaneous repair of mitral prolapse

A medical device system may include a delivery device including an outer sheath and an inner shaft having a coupler fixed to a distal end of the inner shaft, and a replacement heart valve implant releasably attached to the coupler, the replacement heart valve implant including an expandable anchor member and a plurality of locking mechanisms configured to engage with the coupler. The delivery device may include a plurality of collars configured to secure the coupler to the plurality of locking mechanisms. The delivery device may include a stop element configured to selectively prevent disengagement of the plurality of collars from the plurality of locking mechanisms.

Replacement heart valve delivery device

Device sand methods for improving cardiac function are provided. The device includes a dome structure having a top end with an engagement element disposed thereon. The dome structure is moveable from a first inside out configuration to a second deployed configuration, and the dome structure is biased in the second deployed configuration. The dome structure includes a plurality of anchor members disposed around a bottom open end of the dome structure.

A heart valve repair implant may include a first implant section having a first axial core, and a plurality of spines extending radially outward from the first axial core in an expanded configuration; a second implant section having a second axial core configured to slide over the first axial core, and a mesh portion configured to extend radially outward from the second axial core in an expanded configuration; a third implant section having a central tensioning element extending through the first axial core, and a plurality of arms extending radially outward from the central tensioning element and configured to extend axially between the plurality of spines and through the mesh portion; and a securement element disposed on the central tensioning element.

Heart valve repair implant for treating tricuspid regurgitation

A mitral regurgitation treatment system may include an annuloplasty device configured for placement on an atrial side of a mitral valve, a tethering element configured to extend between a first papillary muscle and a second papillary muscle, wherein the tethering element includes a first anchor securing the tethering element to the first papillary muscle and a second anchor securing the tethering element to the second papillary muscle, and a linking element extending from the annuloplasty device to the tethering element. The linking element may include a spring element disposed between the annuloplasty device and the tethering element.

A vascular closure system for sealing an opening in a blood vessel may include an introducer sheath extending through the opening, the introducer sheath having a lumen extending through the introducer sheath, wherein partial withdrawal of the introducer sheath from the opening everts tissue of the blood vessel at the opening, and a shaping sheath slidably disposed over the introducer sheath, the shaping sheath having a split distal portion configured to engage the everted tissue.

Large bore vascular closure system

A heart valve remodeling device may include a delivery device including an inner shaft slidably disposed over a guidewire and an outer shaft slidably disposed over the inner shaft, and a braided stent fixedly attached to the inner shaft and the outer shaft. The braided stent may be translatable between an elongated configuration and a deployed configuration by movement of the inner shaft relative to the outer shaft. The braided stent may include a valve having two or more leaflets disposed within the braided stent. Adjacent leaflets of the two or more leaflets may form longitudinally-oriented commissures proximate a perimeter of the valve, the commissures being fixedly secured to the braided stent along their length.

Heart valve remodeling device

A medical device system may include a valve replacement implant including an anchor member reversibly actuatable between a delivery configuration and a deployed configuration, wherein the implant includes at least one locking element configured to lock the anchor member in the deployed configuration, and at least one actuator element configured to engage the at least one locking element and actuate the anchor member between the delivery configuration and the deployed configuration. The at least one actuator element may include a self-biased cam mechanism configured to extend into and engage a first locking portion of the at least one locking element.
